Maratha Katta — Restaurant in Gujarat

One of the best taste I found in Vadodara. I'm from Delhi/Lucknow and have spent 3 years in Mumbai and couldn't find any place in Vadodara where mostly recipes get touch of authentic north Indian Punjabi touch or marathi touch. But atlast found the place i.e. maratha katta where mostly all recipe have perfect balance between taste and spiceness and are so flavorful. Heard about this place and since I always crave good Maharashtrian chicken rasa , I ordered the Maharashtrian Chicken Meal and Chicken Tikka. The tikka had good marination but felt a bit undercooked. I was excited for the chicken curry, but it tasted slightly bitter ( can say Kalsal in Marathi), which spoiled my mood.

The closure timings of the restaurant is 11.55pm and we called them and asked whether they are open or not, and they asked us to come, on reaching we noticed that the restaurant was closed as the staff was having lunch and they denied for serving us food.
