McDonald's — Restaurant in Gujarat

Hi, Today I visited Alpha one - Ahmedabad McDonalds and I would love to share my experience since they everything was so nice even though it was busy Saturday.

First of All Hats off to McCafe team and consistency that McCafe is serving in taste. I had my favourite Double shot regular Latte after 7 long years (I’m out of India since 7 years) and it was still same. I was addicted to this coffee before I left India and McCafe coffee is so good that I liked no coffee out side India and I ended giving up my coffee drinking and today it was same taste 💯.

The on floor Manager Mayur was very kind to let me make my coffee. I prefer my own hand made coffee in McCafe on your Italian Rancilio. Present Barista was pleasant to welcome me and inform me regarding safety protocols. He also guided me few basics with basic stuffs.

Rest things where upto the normal standards.

But now best part, “GROUND FLOOR ice cream KIOSK” :- Trust ne, working on busy Saturday at that small kiosk and handling constant crowd is not anyone’s cup of tea. Both crew members where super kind and quick and focused in what they are doing. Loved their dedication. Manoj and Jignesh. Not recognising them in sympathy of their disabilities (they both seemed handicap) but their dedication level was so way above expectations. Both of them deserves something from the Brand McDonalds. I hope someone from HR can focus on them personally and recognise their potential keeping their educational and physical disabilities aside.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at McDonald’s, and it happened at the Nexus outlet.

We went there specifically for the cheesy fries. At the counter, the staff told us that only fries and drinks were available, so we placed our order. But when the food came, they served only the drinks. When I asked about the fries, they suddenly changed their statement and said fries were not available at all, and that only burgers and drinks were being served.

Naturally, we asked for a refund since this was completely misleading. Instead of giving our money back, they forced us to take a replacement of the same price, even though we clearly said we didn’t want burgers.

To make matters worse, they packed the burgers for takeaway while we were sitting in the dine-in area. When we pointed this out, they just handed us an empty tray and told us to serve ourselves.

And the most frustrating part? By the time we were finishing, we saw the fries machine working and fries being served to others. When we questioned them again, they had no proper answer. After another round of arguments, they finally agreed to give us fries. If they had simply told us to wait a little in the first place, we would have done so. Instead, we were misled, inconvenienced, and made to argue for something we had originally ordered.

For a brand like McDonald’s, this level of service is unacceptable. No proper communication, no honesty, and zero customer care. We walked in excited for cheesy fries and walked out with sheer...

I know people love to visit McDonalds very often so do I.

I visited this place last on 5/5/18 at Ashram Road with my friends. And I enjoyed having McSpicy Paneer (So Yummmmmy) , McVeggies, Coke, French fries (Love it), And McAloo Naan.

I am sure if you familiar with McDs atmosphere it is as cool as it should be. Ans where we went was big and service was very quick. We also give the feedback online and it was all positive.

What we also love about McD is that now we do not have to worry about cash, we can pay it through online and we did the same. We used PhinePay to pay the bills and voila we got the cashback too.

We spent almost 1 and half hours there and did not get bored at all as we got good companies 😎

Facility as McD is good, just try to skip going on weekends as it gets crowdyyyy in the evening and have to face finding a good spot to enjoy your meal.

But overall it was a very good experience.
