So, the man at billing counter of this outlet conveyed me the false information that 'App offers are not redeemable here' which put me into confusion and made me feel upset.

In addition, the operations manager namer 'Suraj' at this outlet gave me a pack of 9-nuggets for free, to fix the mess created.
