I had the pleasure of trying their Dabeli, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. This was hands down the best Dabeli I’ve ever had in my life – perfectly balanced with the right mix of sweet, spicy, and tangy flavors, and loaded with delicious toppings. The texture, the taste, and the aroma were all just next level!

I also tried their Cheese Dabeli, which was equally amazing. The addition of cheese took this already incredible snack to a whole new level of indulgence. To wrap up my snacking experience, I had the Sing Slice, which was the perfect crunchy and savory treat to end on a high note.

It was 5+ Star during 2006-2010, I used to have it as supplementary lunch during my college days at LD college of Engineering wall, near Bus stand. The taste of Dabeli used to be so unique that it was preferred over Vadapav. I can still recall the unique taste of Green Mint/Coriander Chutney, also the Tomato catch which Inassume was made by them in house. However recently got the chance to visit theur shop, I must say the taste is around 80% against what it used to be. Heavily using Oil/Butter which is definitely reducing the taste, Tomato Sauce is degraded in quality. Green Chutney also is bit different now. Still it deserves 4 for the label it had created, hope they can improve & make their legacy...

If you taste a Debeli here, specially the Butter Dabeli… you will consider this as the Best Dabeli you have ever tasted. Usually people from all over india taste the Dabeli from their own towns across india and have their own thoughts about Dabeli taste. Some like it or some do not like it or not take it seriously, but once you taste the Mewad Dabeli here in Ahmedabad and that too at this shop and restaurant, you will be forced to change all your thoughts about Dabeli taste and will make this Dabeli from Ahmedabad your preferred dish for breakfast in morning or evening … please do not miss to eat Dabeli at this standing...
