The heart and soul of Naivedyam is undoubtedly Chef Shridhar ji, who has mastered the art of turning simple South Indian dishes into magical culinary experiences. Every recipe here carries his secret touch, making the food taste just like it would in Bengaluru’s finest eateries.

We tried: 1️⃣ Garlic Roast Masala Dosa (₹150) – Crispy, golden perfection with a wonderful aroma of garlic, filled with a flavorful potato masala. The chutneys and sambar were fresh and balanced. 2️⃣ Medu Vada (₹69) – Perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Dunking them into the sambar was pure joy. 3️⃣ Mysore Pak (₹45) – This traditional sweet was rich, soft, and melt-in-the-mouth with just the right amount of ghee.

The presentation was neat, the portions generous, and the prices very reasonable for the quality offered. The service was warm and attentive, making you feel right at home.

What I loved most was the authenticity—no shortcuts, no compromises, just honest-to-goodness South Indian food prepared with love. Whether you’re a dosa lover, a vada fan, or have a sweet tooth, Naivedyam will leave you smiling.

इस जगह की जान हैं शेफ श्रीधर जी, जिनके हाथ का जादू हर डिश में नजर आता है। उनकी सीक्रेट रेसिपी से बना हर व्यंजन बिल्कुल बेंगलुरु के बेहतरीन रेस्टोरेंट जैसा स्वाद देता है।

हमने यहां ट्राई किया: 1️⃣ गार्लिक रोस्ट मसाला डोसा (₹150) – सुनहरा, कुरकुरा और लाजवाब लहसुन की खुशबू के साथ, अंदर स्वादिष्ट आलू मसाला। चटनी और सांभर का स्वाद एकदम ताज़ा और बैलेंस्ड था। 2️⃣ मे़डू वडा (₹69) – बाहर से कुरकुरे और अंदर से मुलायम-फूले हुए। इन्हें सांभर में डुबोकर खाना सच में आनंददायक था। 3️⃣ मैसूर पाक (₹45) – पारंपरिक मिठाई, जिसमें घी का सही स्वाद और मुँह में घुल जाने वाली मुलायमता थी।

परोसने का अंदाज़ साफ-सुथरा था, क्वांटिटी भी अच्छी थी और दाम गुणवत्ता के हिसाब से बिल्कुल सही। स्टाफ का व्यवहार दोस्ताना और ध्यान रखने वाला था, जिससे आपको घर जैसा एहसास होता है।

सबसे खास बात है यहां का असली स्वाद—कोई शॉर्टकट नहीं, कोई समझौता नहीं, बस प्यार और मेहनत से बना साउथ इंडियन खाना। चाहे आप डोसा के शौकीन हों, वडा के फैन हों या मिठाई पसंद करते हों, Naivedyam आपके चेहरे पर मुस्कान ला देगा।

નવરંગપુરા મા આ રેસ્ટોરન્ટનું દિલ છે શેફ શ્રીધરજી, જેઓની સિક્રેટ રેસિપી દરેક વાનગીને જાદુ જેવી બનાવી દે છે. અહીંનો દરેક સ્વાદ એવો લાગે છે કે જાણે બેંગલુરુના શ્રેષ્ઠ રેસ્ટોરન્ટમાં ખાઈ રહ્યા હોઈએ.

અમે અહીં અજમાવ્યું: 1️⃣ ગાર્લિક રોસ્ટ મસાલા ડોસા (₹150) – સોનેરી, કરકરો અને લસણની ખુશ્બુથી ભરપૂર, અંદર સ્વાદિષ્ટ બટાકાનું મસાલા ભરેલું. ચટણી અને સાંભર તાજું અને સરસ સંતુલિત. 2️⃣ મેડુ વડા (₹69) – બહારથી કરકરો, અંદરથી નરમ અને ફૂલોવાળો. સાંભરમાં ડૂબાડી ખાવાનો આનંદ જ કંઈક જુદો હતો. 3️⃣ મૈસૂર પાક (₹45) – પરંપરાગત મીઠાઈ, ઘીનું સરસ પ્રમાણ અને મોઢામાં ઓગળી જાય એવી નરમાઈ.

પ્રેઝન્ટેશન સ્વચ્છ અને આકર્ષક હતું, ક્વોન્ટિટી સારી હતી અને ક્વોલિટી પ્રમાણે ભાવ પણ યોગ્ય. સ્ટાફ ખુબજ મિત્રભાવથી વર્તે છે, જેથી ઘરે હોવાનો અનુભવ થાય છે.

અહીંની સૌથી ખાસ વાત એ છે કે અહીંનો અસલ સ્વાદ—કોઈ શોર્ટકટ નથી, કોઈ સમજૂતી નથી, ફક્ત પ્રેમ અને મહેનતથી બનાવેલ સાઉથ ઇન્ડિયન ખોરાક. તમે ડોસાના શોખીન હો, વડાના ફેન હો કે મીઠાઈ પ્રેમી—Naivedyam તમને ખુશ કરી દેશે.

Lately, this place has been all over Instagram reels, so my friend and I decided to check it out. And honestly, the taste did not disappoint...definitely worth the price and the experience.

The food isn’t super cheap, but it’s not overpriced either, just the right balance. And if you’re nearby, you should definitely give it a try, because you’ll find the same quality of food at much higher prices elsewhere.

We tried the Medu Vada and Ghee Podi Benne Masala Dosa : ➡️ The dosa was amazing – crispy, buttery, and full of flavor. ➡️ The Medu Vada was okay, but could’ve been a bit better for the price.

🔻 The only downside: the place is quite small and a bit congested. If you go with friends, there’s not much privacy, and it might feel slightly awkward while chatting.

I have been to multiple outlets of Naivedyam all across India. This one has to be the worst one of that. I am a huge Benne Dosa fan, but the food here was below par. A good amount of waiting for seat as it is a small outlet - no complaints there as such, but there indeed could be a better management system.

We ordered Podi Benne Dosa, Ghee Thatte Idli, Garlic Roast Podi Dosa and Open Dosa. The Idli was below par, while the rest of the food was completely unfit for the name and the legacy of Naivedyam. I had have these same food items at genuine places, and I expected a closer taste even if not the same, but, a complete disappointment. Hence, anyone who's gonna have Benne Dosa for the first time MIGHT like it, but anyone who knows what it really tastes like - no way they are going to like the taste.

All in all, sorry to say, but it is a let down under the name of...
