Papa Louie's Pizza Maninagar — Restaurant in Gujarat

on 11 of march i and my friends had visited this place , our lunch was already booked there, as we arrived the lifts were not working and the staircase was totally ripped with gutka and pan spitted walls. as we entered inside the entire place was stinking like hell the waiters were poking their nose with their hands and serving food with those hands without washing so just imagine the level of hygiene inside the kitchen (ughh.. cant even think abt it) the food was totally disgusting we barely ate anything as one of the person beside our table found a living cockroach from their food. we then descided to go somewhere else and eat so asked for the bill . my friend paid the bill and showed the payment details and started walking out but then immediately some uncle struck our way out and told us that the bill was not paid we initially waited for abt 2-5 mins then he told us to pay again and this time he gave us his personal qr code of paytm (context: if we pay then the payment goes directly to the company not the franchise) i paid him again the same amount aggering that if the amount from my friend comes he would send the money back to my friend and also gave us his own no. to call abt the status of the payment . since then its been 20 days and nobody from his no. picking up the call and as we try to call from another no. they give us the same excuse that the manager is not present at the moment he will call back as he comes . and then no call back again also second number also never gets picked up

inshort :- the people there are no. 1 scammers they took money 2 times from us and promised to give us the money back but never gave it, big liers and bunch of scammers...

I want to give zero stars .. if it's possible.. waste of money . Rude behaviour of staff.. manager.. "firstly.. me and my aunt went this place.. at 6 50.. and they asked us... How many people are you ? My aunt said we are 2 people.. then they said 10 mints.. we came out of that place. And waiting outside .. after 2 min. Two girls reached there.. nd they allows that two girls to come in and take a seat.. after that.. me and my aunt also entered there.. started with soup.. we got Chinese soup.. which contains.. none other thn water nd some chinese sauses.. nothing much.. starter was okay okay.. pani puri chat was okay okay.. fries are not perfectly coocked.. deserts was good.. ndd then we start with pizza.. my aunt said ..she likes crispy pizza..then i said i like normal pizza.. not crispy.. then the manager asked me to eat crispy pizza.. i said why do i have to change my taste.. jst for your sake.. then they give me and my aunt garlic breads.. garlic breads was good.. bt they didn't provide crispy garlic bread.. margerita pizza was not good.. tooo baddddd taste.. all pizzas are not good in taste.. my aunt again asked k i want crispy.. Then they give us burnt breads.. which i shared photos.. nd then manager came to us and asked.. did u enjoy the food.. we gave him honest review.. that all pizzas are worst in taste.. then they told us a story.. that yesterday they have party of 95 people.. and only 10 pieces of pizza were eaten by them ... So people who ordered unlimited pizza.. they only want to eat starter and deserts.. manager said "baki sab cheez khake hi pet bhar jata hai"... So...

The very worst food quality... Monday we gone for pizza and so much rush but manager focusing on table sitting only food can't be refilled or can't get proper taste food sunday we understand but this happen monday...

I find hair in icecream from inside of icecream scoop... Base of pizza very very worst quality service staff was attending table customer... Not at all good very worst service... Other staff just sitting and enjoying music not at all customers need...

Please shut your shop if you don't want to give your quality to customer money all can make taste and quality can earn more than money...

Not at all value for money All utensils also dirty Plastic banned and using in this store @maninagar... You can't give food tasty so please don't charge too much for all this

Manchurian can't bake proper just raw type taste i feel.. No noodles and no fried rice No chilli potato No salad and just sit at table like fool... Only colddrink refilled but not get sandwich not at all other salad please shut your store... You written in menu all things and giving only what you have so why can you charge for fixed amount you have not right to take money if you can't capable for good food or good service...

Only soup was nice and corns other all waste which i ever tasted... I suggest others to not go there if you have more money for wasting you...
