Worst Experience Ever – Apology Doesn’t Fix a Ruined Celebration!

I took my family to this restaurant to celebrate my son's birthday, but instead of a nice dinner, we were met with total disappointment and complete disrespect. One of our family members is a vegetarian, so we specifically ordered a vegetarian dish for them. What did we get? A dish with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items mixed together! How can you mess that up when it’s such a simple request?

When we brought it to the attention of Mr. Siraj and Mr. Hanif, the managers, they were utterly dismissive. Instead of offering a solution or a sincere apology, we were told, “It’s our fault, now you can do whatever you want.” No effort to make it right, no genuine care for the situation.

After all this, the owner did apologize for the mistake with the dish, but let’s be real—what is an apology worth when my son’s birthday celebration was ruined? The damage was done, and no apology can take away the frustration, disappointment, and wasted time. We left without eating anything, feeling completely disrespected.

An apology after the fact doesn’t change the fact that we had to leave, hungry and upset. This was supposed to be a special evening, and instead, it was ruined by terrible service and a complete lack of accountability.

I won't be returning, and I would recommend others stay far away from this...

First, I thank Google for providing me with the recourse to share my experiences and, for placing me on the top 10% of the restaurant reviewers on the Google Maps Platform!

We had the pleasure to dine at PLEASURE TROVE on a weekend. The restaurant was rather full and there were 40 Minutes of waiting before obtaining a seat. The ambience outside isn't quite convenient enough to wait, though.

The food we ordered was relatively great in taste. Foody people would truly admire this place. The soups were amazing, too. The staff was humble & professional.

What I appreciated most was; Even though it was crowded, there was minor to no waiting time in orders. The waiters were quick and precise in their services compared to the other restaurants I have been through.

Washroom facilities are Okay enough. Janitors might need to pay attention more to the slippery floors to avoid any accidents, I felt, that required attention twice, while walking near the entrance and the washroom.

In my opinion, on any non-busy day, whether you crave Veg or non-veg food, Pleasure Trove can deliver a decent experience on enough budget to the couples, friend-groups or...

Most humiliating and unprofessional waiters.... Started collecting our plates when we were still eating.. And not just one waiter, all of them were in a hurry to drive us away. The restaurant was overcrowded but we still decided to wait thinking the food must be really good. While waiting there was power failure but once the power was back after 15minutes..we were called inside but the manager refused to take more than one order telling that it was late (he should have told that earlier) We chose to try this restaurant after reading nice things about it. Not just one waiter but all the waiters were after us (me and my wife) when we were still eating. There were many big family groups who were eating but they didn't tell anything to the other customers who were in big groups (we were observing). The staffs here don't want to work or frustrated with their job it seems. Felt very unwelcome when they started picking out plates when we were still eating. Bad first impression.. Even the food wasn't up to the mark as mentioned in the reviews. Mutton was not properly cooked in mutton biryani. Wouldn't recommend any non veg lover to go there.. Staffs are pathetic and the manager as well. There are many good other non-vegetarian restaurants. But not this one. Thumbs down to...
