DTDC - Apex — Local services in Gujarat

My sister send me Rakhi from Nagpur on 10th of August and I checked online that it delivered at Ahmedabad office on 13th August,i didn't received it till 14th August I called there office but they never received your call you can try this now also there phone will always come busy then somehow I went there office to receive my Rakhi there were already 15 people was standing outside there office they also didn't received there rakhis and @ 6:35 pm they were saying we are closed we didn't give your parcels will deliver it to you tomorrow morning 9:30 am and they didn't allow us to receive our rakhis and as a good human being we respect there words but they didn't respect our tradition and we didn't receive Rakhis on rakshabandhan and there office was also closed,in short they were just telling lies but at this time tthere were more than 15 brothers who was waiting for there sisters rakhis and didn't get it on rakshabandhan so it's really no use to send your things in this kind of unprofessional courier service who didn't value there customers and there staff behavior and attitude also was very very rude.i will never recommend anyone...

You read all the negative reviews and still select this courier service hoping and praying that your package gets delivered and you are that exception with whom DTDC fulfils it's promise...But alas!!! There don't seem to be any exceptions to the poor and practically non-existent customer service provided by the Ahmedabad branch.

My package (F11660672) has been sitting in Ahmedabad hub since 26th morning and after one "could not attempt delivery" update on 27th, there has been NO update whatsoever even on 29th and nobody knows where my package is!!!

Ahmedabad numbers donot work or go unanswered. Mr Tanuj is the most uncooperative person who doesn't know what happens to packages and doesn't even know how to talk properly with clients. (He answered my call only once and told me he doesn't know anything! Hasn't answered my calls after that)

DTDC people donot have updated numbers of Ahmedabad branch so I've been calling and following up since yesterday only to be told "please wait for an update from Ahmedabad branch. We can't do anything" by customer care agents of Mumbai branch. Such blatant helplessness and disregard for...

I am compelled to express my significant dissatisfaction with the DTDC Ashram Road branch, which has failed to deliver my consignment, AWB number Z43726114. Dispatched on August 17, 2024, with an expected delivery by August 19, 2024, the package has been stuck at this branch since August 23, 2024, and remains undelivered as of September 4, 2024.

Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue through their support team, I have received only vague responses and no effective resolution. The lack of communication and the continued delay are highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

Upon reviewing other customer feedback, it is evident that this branch has consistently failed to meet service expectations, with a troubling rating of 1.9 based on 485 reviews. This suggests a systemic issue in their operations. If DTDC Ashram Road cannot provide reliable service, it would be prudent for DTDC to reconsider their license or service continuation at this location.
