⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – A Perfect Blend of Ambience, Taste & Variety!
We recently visited The Penthouse – Chapter One, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the ambiance to the food presentation and, most importantly, the taste – everything was top-notch.
We ordered a variety of dishes spanning Indian and global cuisines, and each item was well-prepared, flavorful, and beautifully served.
We began with the Jain Paneer Chilli Try, which was a great surprise – full of flavor and spice, despite being Jain-friendly. The paneer was soft and perfectly tossed in a tangy yet mildly spicy sauce. A great option for those looking for taste without onion and garlic.
The Chana Chaat was refreshing and well-balanced, with a good mix of crunch, spice, and tanginess. It made for a light, flavorful appetizer that set the tone for the meal.
The Mojito was refreshing and well made – just the right amount of mint and lime to keep things crisp without being overly sweet. It paired well with the appetizers and helped cleanse the palate between bites.
The Hara Bhara Kabab was soft, mildly spiced, and served hot. It had a good mix of spinach, peas, and subtle masala, making it a comforting vegetarian starter.
From the global menu, we tried the Quesadillas, which were cheesy, well-seasoned, and served with tasty accompaniments. They offered a nice fusion touch to the overall Indian spread.
For the mains, we opted for Veg Handi and Veg Lahori, both of which were rich, flavorful, and satisfying. The Veg Handi had a lovely creamy texture with a mild spice level that allowed the flavors of the vegetables to shine through. The Veg Lahori was bolder, with a more robust and aromatic gravy – perfect for those who enjoy rich North Indian curries.
Overall, The Penthouse – Chapter One offers an impressive combination of ambiance, service, and culinary variety. The rooftop setting adds a special charm, making it ideal for both casual dining and special occasions. The staff was courteous and helpful in customizing dishes to our preferences.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality dining experience with a diverse menu that caters to different tastes – including...
Read moreLocated on the 10th Floor, there are Two Penthouse restaurants of the same name under the same banner. The ambience was superb specially when it is not a rainy day. If the environment is cool, it is the perfect place to dine in with family. Additionally , the space provided is good for engagements as well.
We were ably served to suit our ravenous selves by Kapil Sharma. Among the soups, we recommend: Brocolli and Cheddar Soup - Served in a bowl shaped bread which was one of the highlights. Four Cheese Soup - Sumptious cheese soup served with Macaroni and broccoli Manchow Soup - Good. Nothing great
Cheese macaroni was sweet and Jalapeno Cigar Roll(chefs recommendation) was cheesilicious.
We also had Lebanese Pizza and Peshawari Paneer Pizza. From both of them, Lebanese has a hummus filled taste while if you like Afghani Paneer, then go for Peshawari Paneer.
Mexican Hot Pot was delicious. If you want an open environment in Ahmedabad, go for this Penthouse.
On a sidenote, I would recommend it for...

We recently celebrated our little superstar’s birthday here, and overall, it was a great experience. The food was excellent, and we chose the malai tikka as a starter, which was perfect for the kids joining the party.
The staff, particularly the restaurant manager, were polite and helpful throughout. However, a few staff members were less cooperative, and we had to ask the manager for extra chair arrangements, which was a minor inconvenience. The fan arrangements were also a bit insufficient, as the space could have been cooler for the comfort of our guests.
That being said, the rest of the arrangements were fantastic. They even provided a mic and speaker for the dance, which went smoothly, and all our guests were happy with the overall setup.
Despite the minor issues, I would definitely recommend this venue for parties, as the overall experience was quite...
