Sankalp - The Taste of South — Restaurant in Gujarat

I have always been fond of South Indian cuisine and snaklap has been go to place for me and my family. Recently we had visited this particular outlet of sankalp and I must say we never had such experience that I would rate to 1 star. apart from mismanagement of over crowded space, no attention to order taking even the water supply in restrooms was not there one could not wash their hands before having dinner. Lastly there's this complimentary "pan" that they offer in the end after consuming which all 3 of us experienced (who had gone for dinner) are having oral ailments this is the first time this has happend I would like the concerned authorities to pay attention and make sure that each thing that is served is fresh and made sure with quality standards. Now we are all super familiar with Sankalp! It has now opened it's outlet here at Navrangpura! The place is quiet and decent with a great location! But a little too congested for my liking! The interior is beautiful and they have this extremely popular Five feet dosa which by the way should try only when you are with a couple more people! Apart from that they have proper hygiene and sanitization and a number of great South Indian varieties! Worst behaviour of Mr Singh. In parcel order even after mentioning to put proper chutney they didn't pack sufficient chutney for 2 plates of Idli. And when on call communicated they were like 50gms chutney is only provided with 2 plates of Idli.

Idiots understand people are buying 200rs idli for your chutney only otherwise people can make 20rs idli at home also. I will make sure Mr Singh the poor tone and response of conversation reaches to maximum. You should apologise that order of 400 rs expects atleast eatable quantity of Chutney and Sambhar.
