Worst worst worst! Placed an order on zomato for 3 items and mentioned to make it jain. However, the restaurant failed to make it jain and when i called them they in return started arguing with me saying you didn’t request i asked him to verify once and then he told that you mentioned jain but i was not the one who prepared your order. Shambhu’s needs to work as a team not an individual and also not sure why man reacted that way may be the restaurant is not being nice to them.

Secondly, pizza base for italian pizza was burnt but the guy had a guts to argue saying italian toh hard base hi hota hena 😂 i mentioned again ki hard soft hota h thik h jala hua toh nhi hota naa.

Then he said his closing statement that we sent jain food I don’t know how the food sent to you came out...

I visited this café this afternoon and was extremely disappointed with the staff's behavior. The waiter was very rude, ignoring our table despite being called multiple times. He prioritized taking orders from female customers who arrived after us, which was unacceptable. This experience has left a very negative impression.

While it's one of the better cafés on SG Highway, there are a few concerns. The café does not have a designated smoking area, making it difficult to consider visiting with children.
