I recently visited Ice Cream Library with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I received my ice cream, I noticed a housefly embedded right in the middle of the scoop. This was shocking and frankly, unacceptable for a place serving food.

I immediately brought it to the staff’s attention, but their response lacked urgency and concern. Cleanliness and hygiene should be top priorities in any food establishment, and finding a fly in my dessert has raised serious concerns. This incident has made me question the overall sanitation practices here.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their hygiene standards. As much as I wanted to enjoy my visit, this experience left me quite disappointed. I’d advise others to be cautious until these issues are addressed.”

After a long time I got chance to visit this place. Had heard lots of things about this place and I attracted towards it.

So when we reached, place was already full. Somehow we found a place to Settle down 😬. Interior is beautiful, bright and modern. I liked the shape of the long table. They also have a shelf like structure where two group of 5-6 people can sit. There also enough parking space is available outside to park your car.

Coming on the food part, this people have lots of different flavours in the ice-cream that you may have never heard of. We ordered bitter chocolate and chocolate therapy ice-cream. Both were good. I liked the sticky structure of bitter chocolate ice-cream.

We visited this ice cream library on a weekday & found a good enough crowd/rush even on that day.

They had a good variety of ice cream flavours, many of them were quite new to me & unique. We tried their tender coconut with fresh coconut, afghan pista with chilgoza, blueberry biscoff & one more.

The flavors were really good but i felt the prices were exorbitant for a single scoop of ice creams..

The tender coconut with fresh coconut was at 300inr for a single scoop which is insane..others were at 220, 170 & 180 which is still high. They should definitely consider lowering the prices to around 100.
