I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a recent experience I had at one of your franchise locations. As a loyal customer of Subway, I have always enjoyed the variety and quality of your sandwiches. However, on this occasion, I feel compelled to bring to your attention an incident that left me feeling scammed and dissatisfied.
On the afternoon of June 3rd, 2023, I visited the Subway branch located at Sayajigunj, Vadodara with my friends. We were excited to try your highly advertised "Loaded Nachos" and had been looking forward to a delightful dining experience. Unfortunately, our visit turned into a disheartening and dismaying affair.
Upon ordering the Loaded Nachos, we were shocked by the lack of toppings on our order. The nachos were hardly "loaded" as advertised but instead appeared bare and unappetizing. To our utter dismay, we found only a few measly pieces of olives and jalapenos scattered across the entire plate, along with a minimal amount of cheese.
We immediately brought this matter to the attention of the staff on duty, who appeared disinterested and dismissive of our concerns. They offered no explanation for the scarcity of toppings and seemed reluctant to address the issue or offer any form of compensation. Such indifference toward customers is not only disrespectful but also reflects poorly on your brand's commitment to customer satisfaction.
As regular patrons of Subway, we have come to expect a certain level of quality and service. It is disheartening to see that these expectations were not met during our recent visit. The false advertising of "Loaded Nachos" is not only misleading but also borders on deceptive practices.
I am writing this complaint review with the hope that you will take immediate action to rectify this situation and prevent similar occurrences in the future. I kindly request the following steps be taken to address this issue:
Provide an explanation for the lack of toppings on the "Loaded Nachos" we ordered, as well as an assurance that this was an isolated incident. Reimburse the cost of our meal or issue a suitable compensation in the form of a voucher or gift card for future visits. Ensure that your franchise location and its staff are properly trained to provide high-quality service and address customer complaints promptly and professionally. I believe that Subway has the potential to rectify this situation and restore our faith in your brand. However, failure to address this matter adequately will undoubtedly result in the loss of our patronage and the negative word-of-mouth that accompanies it.

Firstly the restaurant seems not to have either a toilet or a public wash basin. Seems strange because according to Indian Standards it should have these.
There is a washbasin in the serving area but it is dirty with dirty clothes lying on it. Also there is no paper towels in the dispenser so how are the staff drying there hands? On their trousers? Yukh!
The place was filthy. The tables and floor had smears and crumbs. The preparation area floor had bits of paper and vegetables.
Slow Service Then there is the service. The staff seem to be very low level. They can't read or speak English though the menu is all in English.
When I went in there were three workers in the restaurant. However only one was serving. When I asked the person at the counter to call one of the other two from the store room he said he was the only one able to make sandwiches. It 11:30 how is it only one person is available to make sandwiches!!!
So if the other staff are not making sandwiches why is the restaurant so dirty? Even the path around the premises was sticky and dirty. The sofa is torn.
