Anniversary are itself special, what makes it more special the place one chooses for their celebration. I had chosen Surat Marriot - Table 101 for my anniversary dinner. ||I must say the dinner was scrumptious and indeed it was a memorable one. But the thing that makes this such a good place to celebrate your special days is Mr. Harish Joshi; the Restaurant Manager and Mr. Amit the staff member of Table 101. I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff is extremely courteous, helpful, and professional, always welcoming with a smile. One of the best aspects is the cleanliness – the rooms are well-maintained, and daily room cleaning is done on time with great attention to detail. Each time I returned, the room felt fresh and spotless, with perfectly arranged bedding and a clean bathroom. The facilities provided were convenient, and the food was delicious with good variety. I had high expectations from Marriott, but this dining experience was beyond disappointing. Ordered the Beyond Burger, expecting a proper plant-based patty, but what I got was just an aloo tikki burger served on a saffron bun. If I wanted that, I would’ve gone to a regular café, not a premium hotel restaurant.

To make matters worse: • The food arrived late despite a not-so-busy dining area. • Fries were cold, and the burger was barely warm—unacceptable at this price point. • Service was slow & unresponsive—I had to repeatedly go to the cashier myself to check on my order.
