First things first - the food is amazing! There’s no doubt about that. And the quality is superb too. I do not have a problem with the quantity of food unlike mentioned in other reviews. However, I do have a problem with quantity comparison in their own menu. Something listed as large plate should be really able to fill an adult appetite - which was not the case. And I have a generic adult appetite only. The small plate choice and large plate choice filled me up equally!

Parking - ample but not paved nor gated. So it’s literally like a small plot where we can park our cars, if the complex’s parking is full.

Service - the people are good but we got served 3 dishes which we never ordered. And the table beside us also got served 1 dish they didn’t order. 😂 That’s funny but disappointing for their stature. So, the order management gotta up their game.

Ambience - I gave a single star. It’s good. But we got seated at a table where I got direct view of the bathroom. That was very unpleasant. At one point, a guest used it and left the door ajar. I waited it out and finally saw one responsible waiter close it after a bit. When we went, the restaurant was pretty empty, so we could have been seated at any other table too. Nevertheless, on a packed day, anyone sitting in that table will not have a good time. They need to put some room separator near the washroom.

A Hidden Gem in Ahmedabad – Premium, Thoughtful, and Refreshingly Non-Commercial

This place truly surprised me in the best way. The interiors are beautifully crafted – artistic, tasteful, and far from the typical commercial vibe. It felt international, both in design and overall experience.

The food was exceptional – healthy, made completely in-house, and you could taste the premium quality in every bite. The chocolate mousse was a standout: no added sugar, yet incredibly rich and satisfying. That kind of balance is rare and so impressive.

The vibe was young, fresh, and vibrant – with great music that added to the perfect evening atmosphere. The staff were genuinely sweet and helpful, which made the experience even more warm and memorable.

Only downside: a few noisy kids at nearby tables slightly disturbed the date-night mood, but that’s more about the crowd than the place itself.

Hands down the best European & Asian place in Ahmedabad! Had an absolutely immaculate experience at Union from start to finish. Every dish we ordered was a standout: Wild Mushroom Soup, Potato Gnocchi, Birria Style Jackfruit Tacos, Cappellini with Truffle, Water Chestnut Wontons, Classic Cold Coffee, and both desserts - Date Night and Classic Chocolate. The flavours, presentation, and freshness were on point!

What truly stood out beyond the incredible food was the hospitality. The team was genuinely attentive and what I really appreciated was that they actively asked for feedback after serving each dish it shows how committed they are to creating a great dining experience.

The ambience and vibe? Spot on warm, modern, and just the kind of place you want to unwind in. And to think this place is just 25 days old they’re already setting the bar really high.
