I love this place. Tea is excellent. Snacks are also tasty. Ambience is great. I'm sure you must be thinking why then I gave 3 stars? Well, I went there 3 times and noticed something... 1st time, they had sanitizer at the door. Staff were wearing masks & AC was also working. On my 2nd visit, I saw that the sanitizer bottle was there but was empty. The staff members were very casual and either not wearing masks or the masks were on the chin/on neck. And today, sanitizer bottle was missing. Staff members wore masks but AC wasn't working. I'm sure, my comment will be taken seriously, without any offence and actions...
