Wish I could zero star. On 4th Aug 2020, I ordered a designer cake for my 5 years old baby's birthday celebration in lockdown. I had shared with the TGB staff the photo of the designer cake and they confirmed me that they could make exactly as it was. I insisted it should be exactl in the looks with the picture shared along with the best quality. They told they have been making such cakes since many years so I shouldn't worry, cake would be beautiful and delicious too. Unfortunately this was the worst cake we as a whole family ever had in our whole life. The price I paid for 1 kg of this sorry conditioned cake was 1500 & unfortunately it wasn't worth rs.150. The look of the cake overall was so dull and seemed it was made by an inexperienced baker. when I informed the bakery owner about the cake looks and infact the Foundant was too chubby and pathetic in taste I got no response from them. This happened when I have been talking to them since 15th July for my baby's birthday which was on 7th August 2020 and during all those inquiries they had been very quick on replying but after a feedback they didn't respond at all.

Such a cold way of treating regular old customers who have been loyal to your brand since the day you started your shop is not expected. Would never recommend anyone dare to try designer cakes from Tgb.they are simply worst at it. Go for the regular cakes otherwise you will be highly disappointed and spoil all our celebration mood with very worst experience to your guests ,family...

Few days back I unfortunately had a bad experience with this bakery when I had purchased a pineapple pastry for my daughter and other chocolate pastry for myself. I found my daughter's pineapple pastry stale and very hard to chew and break which forced me to take this issue to the person at the reception. He immediately took the concern seriously and put the pastry in a separate box along with one more pastry lying in his display not be served further to any customer and he asked me to write a feedback form. I wrote about my experience and requested TGB team to be very careful in their quality since bakeries are mostly visited by kids who could fall sick because of stale items. I got the pastry exchanged with another item and paid my bill and went home thinking whether this would be informed to the upper management or not. The other day in the afternoon, one middle aged lady walked upto 3 floors of my house to surprise me with the complimentary cake with an apology. I was so surprised and my 3 years old baby was extremely delighted. Really impressed by their customer grievance redressal policies. I have given 4 stars because of few of such bad experiences in the past but I hope to have none in future with them. The photos of the cake are the recent one which I ordered for my baby's B-Day party but TGB...

after 3 months I m going to write this review..first of all its TGB so cake was awesome as usual.. But rest is upon the staff..and I m very happy to review this that the aunty who was there is the sweetest shop owner I have ever seen.. She was so sweet that whatever you don't know she will make u understand in deep details..a customer came and asked for a cake.. It was not there then the aunty honestly said that I need to order it in our another branch as its not Here.. Both things can b possible u can wait here n I bring u that cake. Or you can go that and collect from there.it was to much sweet that the customer said u don't need to do this much for me I can go there.....
