I recently visited The Chocolate Room Café, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! I had pre-booked a table, which not only made the visit smooth and hassle-free but also gave me an amazing 35% discount on the total bill** — a great bonus!

We ordered two types of pizza, Cheesy Fries, Pasta, and Cheese Macaroni, and I must say, everything was delicious. The pizzas were loaded with cheese and had the perfect balance of flavor and crispness. The Cheesy Fries were one of the highlights — perfectly crispy on the outside, soft inside, and topped with just the right amount of cheese. The Pasta and Macaroni were creamy, rich, and full of flavor — comfort food at its best.

The ambiance of the café is cozy and welcoming, making it a great place to hang out with friends or family. The staff were polite, attentive, and ensured we had a comfortable dining experience.

Had one of the worst experiences ever at The Chocolate Room. I purchased a Ferrero Rocher cake, Soft Filled Chocolates, and a Kinder Joy Bruno, and nothing matched what was promised. • The Hazelnut soft chocolate turned out to be orange flavor. • The Cashew one was actually coconut. • The Coffee one was mango instead.

On top of that, the bill was incorrect, and the prices were higher than Zomato! The same cake listed at ₹700 on Zomato was sold to us for ₹899 in-store — shocking difference for the same product.
