21 Shots- Bar Terrace Disco — Restaurant in Gurugram District

This is for the manager Rajesh Ram. He was buzzkill and forced me to leave the pub. One fine saturday( 23rd Jan 2021 ) I went out cycling in the evening and decided to drop by 21 Shots. They had bollywood night there and I asked for any entrance fee . The entry was free of cost. After I ordered a juice ( since I am a teetotalar) my bill was not too much. I started dancing and having a good time, when the manager Rajesh Ram came in and asked to talk with me, He said that I have to leave or pay 100 0 bucks to stay. This I found was a very bad way to behave with a paying customer. You cannot discriminate based on my order amount.

Please try to avoid this kind of DECEPTION and CHEAP PEOPLE in your management.

I never faced such devious people in Europe. Either you charge a cover charge or some kind of package like 1000 bucks for 4-5 non-alcoholic drinks. Zero...

Worst customer experience ever. We didn't get entry and just because we were negotiating they were abused us. This is not how treat your customers. I know you have some rules but the way behaved is not professional at all. I told them to them that we will share a very feedback but they were okay and said they said chal chal ja....... This w aa s the worst experience ever.

Never coming to this club ever again.

Please change the person whose it was. He was very rude with us. I can't understand that you have good crowd but that doesn't mean that you will treat your customers like that. 21 shots is in hub of lounges and clubs in Gurgaon which gives party vibes. It's spacious and interior is on point. I went there with my friends I had crispy corn- it was crispy delicious. A great snack to have. Dahi kabab- it was soft and perfectly cooked. It is indeed mouth watering. Drums of heaven - it was the best part of snacks. ( Highly recommended) Chicken tikka pizza with lamb pepperoni - filled with veggies, chicken and lamb pieces. I loved it. Main course Paneer butter masala And murgh makhani served with different types of bread - definitely a big thumbs up for amazing food. And the last part is dessert which was chocolate brownie with ice cream- brownie was soft and filled with cashews.
