I booked 1 room here *Rooms are smaller than you can imagine. Smallest i have ever seen. Had to ask multiple times just to get basic stuff like sugar/coffee sachets/towels

*Toilets are even smaller, two feet gap to get into the shower and then unlimited elbow hitting on literally everything. Good luck finding out which way the hot/cold water comes in. Jet spray/shower didn’t work, complained at checkin and got a different room only two hours before checkout time. Because the person at front desk changes every two hours. So they don’t know or record your complain, they just tell they’ll do it and forget about it and go home and the next person has no idea about your issue.

*Food - made a mistake of not doing Zomato, due to lack of time. Ordered Aloo Paratha that was served without any potatoes in it. Grill sandwiches- rock solid. See the video. Poori bhaji had only leftover bhaji with no taste. Veg Pulao - re-heated rice for like the fifth time so it was hard and not eatable. Even the dirty plates were not picked up after multiple calls.
