Worst Experience Ever. Now i wanna reply about my experience Staying in Your Hotel. I Must say I never had that worst experience in my Life Staying in 5 star Hotels. your hotel has the worst experience ever, even that behaviour never done with anyone in oyo .how can you guys say your hotel is 5 star. Let me tell you. we are a newly wed couple which i told you in the mail before check in day. no one replies. Anyway when we reach at Hotel there are no one outside only our cab is here and there 4 persons of your team is here for welcoming guests but seriously they are talking to each other and enjoying... one of them saw us but never came to welcome. we both self take our luggage and entered in hotel no one is helping with luggage.and also after entering in hotel when scanning our bag that lady telling us sir yha pe rakh dijiye hud hoti hai matlab ap log kis kaam ke liye ho if we have to do such work luggage khud utha k scanning ke liye rakhna hai then what is the diffrence between oyo and your crown plaza. even oyo main bhi guard hota hia jo pakad le bag but seriously shocked from the behaviour from your hotyel staff. shamefull and insulting for us.ill never recommend your hotel to anyone the worst one. we bear that and went for check in and your team on reception name penzing i guess or rudra i talked to both of them they told me that we are update you when room is ready nearly around 2 2.30 pm we have your contact number. then said okay call me when its ready.i told them im going out for sometime call me when our room is ready. Then shocking they never call me even till 5pm about my room so this is the service your team is giving to the guests in hotel. and after i came even then they cant even sure about my room is ready or not. so i wanna ask if never checked in you guys cut whole amount i paid for hotel what about your service then you guys never gave me room on time and not sure about my thing the harassment and insult i feel in your hotel then what is you guys gonna pay then.Also i keep telling them i want to talk to your manager utsav ..which is available on the spot. no one informed me even day passed or night next day i again told them to tell your manager to talk to me. then a person ankita called me and then told her everything she feel sorrry about it and bla..bla..blaa.. and told me this thing never happened again in our hotel give us one more chance. guess what when we came down for check out many persons stood there but no one came to take our bag to help us to take them to the cab.our cab is already outside the hotel lobby an then your collague ankita came here. you can ask her how bad we are feel that time she will see our reaction also even after that ankita came behind us maybe outside hotel still no one took our bags to help to put them in cabs i mean seriously just abhi andar itni baat hui jis topic pe they guys still stood there and talking to each other nobody helps us then the cab driver have some manners cab driver came out of the canb and took our bag but your team they never even see guests i guess they are kind of blind or what.i stayed many properties vivanta taj, taj palace ,taj santacruz mumbai recently westin ,the oberoi many more i can tell you but seriosuly never ever feel that much insult in any hotel.seriously totally unaacceptable.and after that you collague saying that give us one more chance do you serously think ill spend more money to hotel like this how can she ven think that i can again spend money in to your hotel.after this behaviour i would have been asking for refund .you guys just ruined all the quality time experince with my wife. im surely never came again after this behaviour and never ever recommended your hotel to nayone and surely sure my experince to all over .ALSO i'm sending this maill specialy mail ids le ke none of your team is giving ids firstly dont know what is wrong...

Breakfast, on the other hand, was outstanding with a lavish spread and delicious options. What truly set it apart was the staff’s attentiveness — they personally checked if guests needed anything, which felt very special.||A delightful surprise was the personalized cake we were offered with the message “See you soon” — a lovely gesture that reflects the property’s strong culture of hospitality.||The property also offers well-equipped conference halls, making it a good choice not only for office meetings but also for small family functions.||Overall, the culture of the place is impressive, and each staff member contributes to an excellent guest experience.
