Walking Street — Restaurant in Gurugram District

It's been a very bad experience we had last night. We had a corporate party of 40 people on Friday night. The quality of service was very pathetic and the behaviour of their staff was very cold. And Manager had a big attitude to show. He was behaving like he was treating us for free and infact he said that if you will go and write bad review, it doesn't matter to us. There are lot of people waiting outside. They put dinner for only 15 min from 8.15-8.30 and then after having fight, they kept there till 8.45. and then they said, your time is up and we are giving your seats to othe people. Our people were still looking for food and they refused to give. We discussed till 09.00 pm but they were in so much hurry to throw us out and get new people in that they didn't care to serve us properly. Moreover, they said we will deliver the dinner only once you pay the complete bill in advance.

Also, we paid for DJ in to start from 5.30 onwards instead of his usual time at 8.

We expected that he will start once we ask him to do as we also have to made some announcements to our team. Post that we can enjoy the dj. However, when we reached there at 5.15 DJ was already playing with loud music and we couldn't even make any announcements and have to postpone our plans.

Ac was also not working where our seating was there.

It's been a pathetic experience and we got the feeling that we were dealing with gundas there. It's like they are obliging us by taking our money and giving us space to come in walking Street.

We will never advice anyone again...

Yesterday with my family and in laws I visited this place at 5pm approx & we bought 4 coupons from Nearbuy app,I have seen other pubs also they don't entertain clients properly if u buy coupons online,except Adda,The manager was very rude and his behaviour was very bad,he denied to give drinks as per inclusion menu & asked us to take only one option,I wanted to ask one thing are u giving us free anything,whatever amt is mentioned in the app we paid u,nothing comes free,If u don't know how to handle clients I suggest you not to work In that case,Somehow at last he said ok & showing that he has done any favour to us,Things not stopped here,When we were planning to cut cake suddenly staff came and said ur father in law has fall down we quickly run and come to know that because of less visibility and less lights outside washroom area he missed the step and fall down and had major injury in his head and continuously blood was running & we ran to hospital emergency,Then Today I realised that y they don't provide proper light in washroom outside area,He is aged and due to this we got in trouble,In pubs people drink and they use washrooms frequently,and anyone can face this.Its my humble request plz plz while go to washroom plz check proper light,vision and if possible take someone with u,from safety point they should understand the importance of light near washroom area.He had stitches on his head and on medication for next 10 days.we visited this place many time but this we never...

This restaurant is near by parking lot in sec 29 Gurgaon easily notice from anywhere in this market .

As u enter inside u feel warm welcome by the staff with a lovely smile on their face tht feel u positive vibes n a fresh start for any one to order at this place . This restaurant is multi level structure basement is playing tables n some sitting area n main dining is on first floor n some out side sitting area to enjoy lovely weather while tapping on the floor with ur lovely no. Playing by the dj .

Now about food n drinks in starting we mocktails n some dumplings both veg n non veg both r gud then we had some crispy corn n pepper best dish for starting anywhere . Then we had chicken pizza thin crust pizza I love it the chicken chunks n pizza too . Then we had chilli fish as well as steam fish both r well prepared n served hot n melts in ur mouth like wow.

Then we had Japanese style grilled chicken I seriously loved it n we order again same with fish too My tummy got full by all above things so I avoid main course but I give try too the best thing

Overall experience is gud with few lovely frinds then oh sorry I love pinacolada Mocktail best n balanced drink which I hve taken in between snacks n desert...
