KFC — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I ordered my kfc and I got the order confirmation at 9.30 pm I.e on 6th september 2024 and my order was prepaid. However even after 1 and half hour I didn't receive my order. I called the delivery guy and I tried to guide him through but he didn't listen even though my address was very specific. I even waited for him outside and said he couldn't find . At one point he even went through my Block and despite of telling him to stop he didn't. He was not co-operating at all when I was guiding him the address and moreover my address was in a very open and known space. I keep ordering in and they don't fail to find my place as its in the main road itself . But this assigned delivery guy was not cooperative at all . At the end he stopped receiving my calls ,despite of me trying to wait for past two hours . I called the customer care of kfc and even the restaurant itself from where I was suppose to receive my parcel ,the restaurant name was KFC Gurugram - Jmd empire mall but they didn't even respond.
