I recently visited Cafe Mulberry near Sushant Lok C Block and found it to be a delightful escape from the city hustle. The cafe follows a BYOB (Bring Your Own Booze) concept, with a minimal drinking charge of ₹100, making it a unique place to enjoy your drinks in a relaxed setting. Located conveniently near Galleria Market and Sushant Lok, it’s an ideal spot to unwind.

Absolutely disgusted by my experience at Mallberry Café, Gurgaon.

We came here with a prior reservation that included a 10% discount, but the staff tried to cheat us with a false bill of ₹4200. When we pointed it out, instead of correcting the mistake professionally, they added a service charge we never agreed to.

What followed was even worse — the staff was shockingly rude, used offensive language, and showed zero basic manners. When we decided to just pay and leave to avoid escalation, the manager (Naveen Solanki) physically assaulted us. I’m not exaggerating — I’ve attached proof showing my injury (blood clot) and my location history confirming I was there.

This was not just bad service — it was harassment and physical aggression. No café or restaurant should ever treat customers like this. I strongly urge everyone reading this — avoid this place at all costs. It’s unsafe, unprofessional, and run by people who clearly don’t understand hospitality or human decency.

Shame on Mallberry Café, Gurgaon. Absolutely the worst...

At first I came to this cafe, I really liked the ambience, & the green space it provides to feel productive. But gradually, my positive interest turned into a major dislike…as the service I received really turned me off completely! As I was finished with my burger combo & tea, I asked for just a normal water to quench my slight thirst. I was busy with my writing in the meanwhile…. the waitress rushed at my table & rapidly places the glass on my table with a big thump & rushed back without informing or giving any good gestures. Rather an attitude and not even a sorry for her misbehaviour and lied onto my face saying she informed later on. I came to have some peaceful & productive time but realised it takes just one person to spoil your whole day and mood. Never going back to this place again! No matter how good it might look on the outside, how their staff treats their guests & makes them feel, tells it all. Though I still paid for their whatever they gave, but I don’t buy dishonour, & lies…...
