Pizza Hut | Supermart 1, Gurgaon — Restaurant in Gurugram District

Pizza hut has always been my go to place whenever my pizza cravings roar. So I visited with my friend and we ordered the combo for 2 with one medium pizza of our choice with cheesemax crust and 2 Pepsi. Our order came in time Pizza was yummy and dilicious. But our drinks were flat no bubbles or as we say no gas in it. I requested the staff they were cool about it and changed our drinks. Perfect Service Pizza - 5* Drinks - 4** Service - 4** Timing - 5* Hygiene - 4**

I went to this place yesterday along with some of my friends and what I experienced was the worst service and attitude of the staff members in return. I called them earlier to ask, if the dine in would be available or not? They replied with a YES! However, when we reached there and ordered they didn't specify their new policy which they made on their own. Only if we ordered food to be more around Rupees 1300, they would let us sit inside and switch on AC's else we should sit outside in the screeching hot weather. WE WERE DISHONORED OVER THERE AND I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS...

I visited this place yesterday and I called them before hand to ask for the availability of dine-in due to on going situation. They said yes it's available and when we reached there and order was done...they asked to eat it outside because it order didn't exceeded 1100 rs so they can't switch on AC and can't let us eat inside. A terriable experience in that heat we had. Customer service is so disgusting there. Worst branch or even no other food branch does...
