It's a lovely place at a prime location. Great food, great staff but the lady owner needs a crash course in hospitality.

We wanted to celebrate a birthday party and invited friends over. We carried our own drinks there. That's what BYOB means, right? We were told we have to buy stuff from their outlet, to which we agreed despite it being 30% overpriced.

Then the owner started schooling her staff in our faces telling them why they allowing people to come in with their own drinks. I would have not gone inside after that, but there were people waiting so we decided to ignore it.

After a couple of hours, I asked her for some more chairs for the additional guests. The owner had the audacity to ask the waiter if we were ordering food, that too in our faces. Can you imagine?

We cut the cake and she promoted us that they were closing. Obviously we would leave after cutting the cake but that nag wasn't required. From start to finish, it was a pathetic experience there. We are reputed business people and do not such attitude lightly

The bill had Rs 100 per person as a charge. Believe it or not. We paid 8.5k for the super overpriced food + 1.2k on top of that. Nobody cares about paying $15-$20, but not disclosing that info until the the last minute is cheating

I urge people to boycott such places. Such behaviour kills the vibe and soils the evening. Now I'm waiting for their rude reply to this review which will prove my point.

Went to check out this hyped place. Scamming us with their cheap gimmicks. Prices online are not real, real prices are atleast 2.5 - 3 times. They won't allow you to get your own bottle of liquor unless purchased from their own liquor store which is again 35% higher than the prices around other liquor stores. Finally when you think it's all done they ask you to pay a cover charge of 500/- per person. Doesn't matter if your bill is lesser than the cover charge. You gotta pay before hand. 100/- per person liquor charge is now another ponzy tactic to charge their customers. If you guys are selling bottles at expensive rates what's the point of liquor charge again ??? And no it's not corkage. They won't serve you normal water. Only bottled water that too only 500ml bottles and fricking 60 per bottle and 60 per small ice pack. So no point of charging for corkage if you are charging us again for water and ice. Almost forgot to tell you that service charges are mandatory. You simply can't ask them to remove them.

Goodluck. In all this cringe how could you expect to be tipsy and enjoy your evening. They won't even let you sit according to your choice. Atleast the food was okay.

They are not in a serving and hospitality business but they are in a loot your customers in a thousand...
