​We visited this location yesterday evening around 9:00 PM and the entire experience was a nightmare.

​1. Severe Insect Infestation ​The most significant issue was the severe infestation of mosquitoes and flies. The insects were everywhere—inside the dining area, swarming, and even resting on the food. We could see dead flies on the salad counter and on the tables. The situation was so unbearable that we were forced to get our food to go. I noticed the fly killing machine was non-functional, and the staff seemed completely indifferent to the disgusting conditions.

​2. Lackluster Food Quality ​The quality of the ingredients was noticeably poor compared to other branches. The vegetables in the salad bowls did not seem fresh, which significantly impacted the taste and quality of our order.

​3. Disorganized and Slow Service ​Due to high volume of cloud kitchen/delivery orders, the staff was completely overwhelmed and neglected in-house customers. We had to wait at least 10–15 minutes just to place our order. The disorganization continued with our takeaway order: they forgot to include half of our items, forcing me to drive back to the store to collect the rest. ​Order: Fajita Veggies Salad Bowl and Cheese Melt Quesadilla

​The combination of the disgusting hygiene conditions, questionable food quality, and terrible service made this a truly unacceptable visit. I strongly advise others to avoid this branch until these serious issues...

What a fantastic service! We recently moved our organization to Business Bay and had an early morning event. I requested a bulk order delivery, but the challenge was that it needed to arrive right at their opening time.

Hats off to Neha (who I believe is the duty manager)! I placed the order a day in advance, and she assured me it would be delivered on time. I was a bit nervous since the entire event’s meal depended on it, but under her leadership, the food arrived exactly as promised—hot, fresh and delicious.
