This mall is a perfect example of all show and no substance. From the outside, it might look like a premium shopping destination, but step inside and the illusion falls apart fast. The escalators are almost always out of order— a constant inconvenience that never seems to get fixed. During rains, the entire mall leaks and drips, making walking around not just unpleasant but unsafe. The washrooms are downright disgusting — unclean, stinking, and often flooded with muddy water coming straight out of the taps. For a place that claims to host “luxury” brands, the hygiene standards are shockingly poor. What’s worse is the complete apathy of the mall management. These problems have been existing forever, and nothing changes. It’s clear the authorities just don’t care — as long as the rents keep flowing in. They proudly boast about bringing in high-end brands, but what they actually provide in terms of basic maintenance and upkeep is pathetic. It’s simply a gold-plated mess — shiny on the outside, rotting inside. For a mall that charges such exorbitant rentals, the least one would expect is cleanliness and functionality. But the area and location is amazing, this place has a huge potential to be one of the best areas, something like 32nd avenue and can even be much better hopefully. Few good cafe's are here, that's our main purpose of visiting and then top floors have pubs which look all nice and fancy. Apart from that only clothing and footwear related retail stores are open for now. One issue for the place would be the stalled huge buildings behind this, that would be a huge let down in the views, those ghost towers seem to be just stuck and looks like construction is not gonna restart...
