Celebrating my wife's birthday at this restaurant was an absolute delight. From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere was upscale and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for a special occasion. The elegant interior, ambient lighting, and comfortable seating immediately signaled that we were in for something extraordinary.

Food & Flavor: The culinary experience far exceeded our expectations. Each course showcased meticulous attention to presentation and a symphony of flavors. Starters were innovative yet authentic, mains were cooked to perfection with rich flavors that highlighted the chefs’ expertise, and the desserts provided a memorable finale—delicate, creative, and irresistible.

Service: The service was truly the highlight of our evening. Staff members Naveen Rawat and Saurabh Sharma were outstanding—exceptionally attentive yet discreet, always at hand without being intrusive. They anticipated our needs, Thanks to their professionalism and warmth, we felt genuinely valued and thoroughly pampered throughout the meal.

The staff does not know how to serve its customers,request you to learn something from your counterparts (Andaz aerocity). I stayed in this hotel 3-4 Aug , had dinner buffet on 3rd August , extremely low option for vegetarians, food seemed old, Food for substandard,few points a 5 star should keep in mind after charging bomb for buffet Only margarita pizza option In buffet(low quality) Pasta only white sauce(Extremely bland) Asian food has only carrrot ,beans and capsicum Most of the food was non veg Staff was ( chef and servers were not interested in serving as per guest requirement) I wouldn’t even eat your buffet for free, no Basic courtesy staff. Staff itna Sara hai magar service and food very bad If you can’t have a Basic Love counter for pizza and pasta(you can’t even add vegetables on your pizza) Ice cream had only 2 options Most of deserts had egg, the eggless option seemed really old and stale. The nice decor couldn't make up for everything else. Let's start with the dinner buffet served on 27th Oct. There was no dal and as per the chef Rajma (avoided by most peope at night) was a perfectly acceptable substitute for dal. There was vegetable pulao with exactly 3 pieces of vegetables in it. And there was Thai curry with no rice. I was told to have it with Chinese garlic noodles. Options were not just limited but practically non existent. Taste is subjective so not commenting on that except that not one person in our party of 12 aged 13 to 73 liked the food - irrespective of whether it was part of the buffet or ordered a la carte.

Now for service. Slow, slower, slowest. Even an item from the kids menu took 30 mins. A la carte wait time was min 20 mins. Servers were mostly clue less. They offered to pack the cake when we were still cutting it. That was actually funny.
