UPDATE.. UPDATE. The ambience, service, staff behaviour and food were as good as they were during our last visit In one year, prices are jacked up by 100 Rs. Unlimited breakfast now costs Rs 299/-. Any establishment compensating for inflation is justified, but such a steep hike without any improvement in any other aspect is not justified. To add insult to injury, this time, the experience was brought down a few notches due to the irritating presence of a common housefly. The fly hovering around the table and landing on the exposed portions of your body was an unpleasant experience. Repeated requests for an electronic/ common fly swatter could not be met by the staff, even though they tried to find one. The staff should be more careful and ensure the availability of a fly swatter.

Read moreNice place to enjoy authentic South Indian dishes. We, too, enjoyed our evening meals yesterday.
In our couple of earlier visits, we had some bad experience as the food was not upto the mark.
After a long tme we tried it again yesterday and it proved to be a good satisfying experience.
Enthusiastic young staff seems to have been now newly posted here. We were warmly greeted and lovingly served by them. I will especially mention the names of Mr. Kaushal and Ms. Manasi who, with their pleasing mannerisms and professional attitude impressed me a lot. I personally wish them good luck.
Ambience and atmosphere at this restaurant, from the very beginning is soothing and pious looking.
The sector itself is a newly developed sector of Gurugram and is in the vicinity of Aravali foothills. Therfore, it is less crowded. Parking is no problem. Natural scenery during this rainy season , all around, is pleasing to the eyes.
Dasprakash has added selling packets of ready-made mouth watering south Indian savouries like, MURUKKU, MADRAS MIXTURE, RIBBON PAKORA etc which, I was convinced to buy due to the professional acumen and marketing skills of their two staffs, names mentioned above.
However, I wish if the prices of the products could be brought down. Rs 1000/= per kg for these products is not only high but seems quite unreasonable, too.
Overall, a satisfying good experience.
Keep it...

The hygiene levels were so low I half expected it to be a case study for a health inspector’s nightmare. Staff walked around in uniforms that looked like they’d doubled as napkins, and my chair was so sticky it could probably trap insects better than flypaper.
As for the service—calling it “service” feels generous. The staff seemed blissfully unaware of basic hospitality, while the manager, Mr. Surendra Rawat, was far too busy scrolling on his phone to notice (or care) that hygiene and food safety were falling apart around him.
And the food? Let’s talk about the “onion dosa.” I was expecting a balanced dish with some onions. What I got was half a kilo of raw onions shoved into a dosa, as though they thought I came in desperate for tears. When I pointed this out, the manager dismissed it saying, “That’s how it is.”
Overall, between the oil-soaked chairs, food-drenched staff, and a manager allergic to accountability, this place is less a restaurant and more an overhyped endurance test. Skip the hype—there are plenty of far better places in the city that wouldn’t assault your taste buds or your...
