Not my first visit to Chai Point but to this outlet, it was be the first and (most definitely) the last!! Muffin, Chilli Cheese Toast, 1 Filter Coffee and the best for the last - 2 BLACK LEMON TEAS. These Black Lemon Teas were no way near the color black and tasted more lemony than "early morning freshly squeezed lemons in warm water!!!" (yes, have been through that phase as well) :) When pointed out, they did change it - but the next one was more lime-n-lemony!! Here's where it gets better - On my way out, I pointed it out to the gentleman heading the store (since I hadn't touched both the cups!!).. And then comes the best part - HE NEITHER BATTED AN EYELID NOT BUDGED AN INCH 🤣😂 Kudos to the entire team, not only for not knowing their work, but also disrespecting their clients!! Hope someone takes a note of the above and at least makes an effort to improve the basics!!!! Verdict - AVOID, BY...
Read moreWe usually visit the chai point at ambience mall, whenever we go to the mall. Nice cosy place. They serve good tea nd even change if we dont like. Ginger tea . Its nice. The food is also decent. Their spinach corn sandwich nd puff is good. Maggie is ok which usually my neice likes to eat. Poha is good but on the expensive side. We tried their frozen parantha for the 1st time. Nicely sized and stuffed but quite expensive at rs 250 for one parantha. They give mango chutney & a 10 GM butter and curd. The iced tea latte tried for the 1st time and that was good. Sandwich paneer tikka was ok. Not too good. Maggi this time was ok kinda. Samosa chaat was not good. Too much of curd etc made it soggy. Tea was real good with strong ginger. Overall like it. Follow my instagram food blog Handle - @the_food_date....

The only thing I like about the Chaipoint is their cleanliness and they hold one of the best blend of tea but with this kind of behaviour after the chain has grown doesn’t seems to be showing that they are growing to...
