26th Jun Went the second time to celebrate a birthday thinking the food and service will be good just like before. Unfortunately it was hopeless. Cold grill no grilled paneer. Paneer was sour and not good quality. The jar for tangy sweet water got golgappas was not functional. Initially they got raw chap and paneer. Marination was not even proper. Mushrooms marination had high salt. Idli was not good. Sambhar was burnt and had some weird poor taste. Sushi was bland. The burger was all cold and hard with cold patties inside. We ddnt even touch the main course. Poor food no taste no quality. AC was not effective and suffocating atmosphere. On complaining the manager Navin was like I will open the door. Wow what a solution. And he wouldn’t even take a feedback. He says we get 95% grilled from the kitchen but what we got was 0% grilled and tasteless. Poor salty marination. Then he is insisting that the food is not upto your taste but ddnt want to understand that the food is tasteless. On saying that I do reviews he is like you have told me this thrice. We went to celebrate birthday in the family and it was totally spoilt. Service was slow. Plates were not cleared. Water wasn’t served. Grills were not replaced. If my parents asked for anything like chaat etc it wouldn’t be served. They simply forgot. Then the manager was in no mood to take feedback. You are giving spoilt grill to guests and arguing that it’s not upto ur taste. We ddnt touch the main course and dessert and he is like I’ll charge you 3000 INR for the grills that we had. What for? We refused to pay for the mess. We are a returning customer and my parents senior citizens had liked it the first time but this time it was pathetic. Nothing was upto the mark. Navin ddnt even have the courtesy to have us take a meal since we had come to celebrate. Then he was like you can leave without taking the main course. Finally he agreed to just charge us for the drinks. Poor management, bad food, poor service, suffocating ambience.

This is a new barbecue house in the 4th floor of ambience mall, Gurugram. It has a seating capacity of around 150 pax. Live music starts at 8 pm & continues until 10 pm. Scrumptious and huge buffet spread. They have live counters for dosa, sushi, tacos, baos. Chaat section with golgappas, Palak patta chaat, etc. salads, cut fruits. Non veg veg appetisers, main course. On the table grill had mushrooms, papaya was quite good, paneer tikka, fried corns, Cajun potatoes, kebab etc. pizza is included too in the buffet. Sushi is there too. A round of one mock tail per pax is included. Then main course had dal makhani, arhat, adraki gobhi, paneer, noodles, stir fry veggies in schezwan gravy etc. dessert section had multiple options. Like rasgulle, variety of cakes, phirni, Rasmalai, moong dal halwa etc. phirni and halwa were real nice. Icecreams too. seating towards the middle and tables under the lights is better. The place where we sat adjacent to the live music was not as comfortable. One AC was not effective and two there were mosquitoes being in the corner and a few mosquitoes went inside our sauce and food plate. We showed it to the staff but they ddnt do anything about it. Service went quite slow after 9 when it was getting occupied. Plates were not cleared automatically. Automatically grills were not refreshed. Took 25 minutes and multiple reminders to get paneer tikka and papaya grill. Many reminders to refill water, clear table, replace grill etc. Live music was average. They have hard drinks too. Limited options in cocktails. Only 3-4 were available from the whole menu. We had cocktails and these were nice. Took a bucket of 6 beers. Price per pax around 900-1000 Rs. We took a direct discount of 10% on the bill. They were also running some discount on nearbuy.com Good food. Everything was nice. Grill was ok. Paneer tikka and papaya were good.
