PATHETIC EXPERIENCE!! I visited the restaurant yesterday afternoon and we were total 7 people, all family. We ordered 4 dishes and breads and every single item was pathetic and tasteless and when we reported this thing to the waiter, manager and management all reactions were the dumbest which I never expected and this was the 10th visit of this year and every time on an average we have spent around 6-7K per visit and to be honest every time it was a magnificent EXPERIENCE but this time everything was pathetic food, staff and experience. All staff was so illiterate and what should I say disgusting people and on the top the manger VIKAS BHATT the dumbest person when I discussed with him and explained everything his reaction was numb and instead of being sorry or accepting the feedback he said OKAY, frankly speaking I didn't feel that I was dining at one of the finest restaurant but it was feeling I am sitting in a general Dhaba and if I would have went to a different restaurant we would have enjoyed both food and experience but never expected from such a big brand like this and seeing this we didn't ordered the desserts and still we spent 5K but its not about money its about experience and being generous but never expected the management changed the staff and what the have hired they all are like road side dhaba people. I said to manager we will never come again seeing this experience and he was silent no reaction standing like a dumb person. Now I feel my last 9 experiences went fine because There was a person named KRISHNA and he was on leave yesterday but if he will not be there so experience will be bad it seemed today and we had such a bad experience. And the most pathetic thing happened as they started pouring alcohol so now they were only concentrating on these tables only and the ones which has come with their families they don't even care. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED AND PATHETIC EXPERIENCE AND THE BRAND NAME IS GOING IN GUTTER NEVER EVER EITHER ME OR SOMEONE FROM MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL VISIT THIS DARYAGANJ BRANCH OR ANY OTHER DARYAGANJ...
Read moreA must visit place ... Worth the hype especially after the shark tank episode ( not a fan of shark tank based advertisement).
I was hesitant to visit the place at first and moved past it but eventually came back as we craved North Indian food. It was quite late almost 10:30 pm; and possibly the reason why the person on the door was least interested (it must have been a long tiring day for them).
Finally, we got our table and things started to turn positive. The service at this place is just out of this world; we found it superior to any other fine dine restaurant including a couple of so-called 5 star places. The ambiance was an instant hit; the music was just perfect ( I wish I could get their playlist).
Coming to the menu: it's very well balanced and not filled with too many items. I also got impressed when the server politely denied my small tweak to their one of the 'authentic dishes'.
We kicked off with aam panna; and it wasn't even near anything with aam (mango) as an ingredient. It was a quick fix with some soda and readymade syrups. Feel free to avoid it if you have memories associated with delicious aam panna.
Tamatar dhaniya shorba ( soup) : mind blowing and very refreshing. I can re-visit this place for a bowl anytime. Must try.
Soya Malai chap : skip it. We ended up ordering this for the sake of variety. It felt like an upmarket version of the most loved street food which this middle class person didn't like. But it wasn't that bad either, we managed to finish it.
Butter 🍗 : finger licking good.... Worth the hype
Garlic naan : thicker than usual with a hint of khameer. Unusual but okay.
Lachcha Paratha: 👍 1.5 serving is good enough for an average to heavy build person
Kulfi : too good 😊
Gulab jamun: if u love gulab jamun then be prepared to be blown away. Tip: avoid over eating before ordering this.
To conclude the place is good but the problem is that we (all of us) got food poisoning after our meal here. Not sure what went wrong.
I would like to risk it once more before finalizing my thoughts...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Daryaganj restaurant in Ambience Mall, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a charming ambiance.
The menu at Daryaganj offers a wide range of traditional Indian cuisine with a contemporary twist. The flavors and aromas that wafted from the kitchen were tantalizing, and I couldn't wait to dig in. I started with their signature Butter Chicken, and it was absolutely divine. The succulent chicken pieces were bathed in a creamy and rich tomato gravy that left me craving for more. The spices were perfectly balanced, and every bite was a burst of flavors.
Moving on to the mains, I tried the Dal Makhani and the Paneer Lababdar. The Dal Makhani was cooked to perfection, with the lentils melting in my mouth, and the Paneer Lababdar was a delightful combination of soft paneer cubes and a flavorful tomato-based gravy. Accompanied by some freshly baked naan bread, it was a heavenly combination.
The service at Daryaganj was impeccable. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food they served. They were more than happy to recommend dishes and answer any questions we had.
The ambiance of the restaurant was sophisticated yet comfortable. The decor was tastefully done, with subtle Indian accents that added to the overall charm. The seating arrangements were spacious, and the lighting created a warm and inviting atmosphere.
All in all, Daryaganj restaurant in Ambience Mall exceeded my expectations. The food, service, and ambiance were exceptional. If you're looking for an authentic Indian dining experience with a modern twist, I highly recommend visiting Daryaganj. It's a culinary delight that will leave you satisfied and wanting to come...
