YouMee Ambience Mall — Restaurant in Gurugram District

Its a very quaint nice restaurant in Ambience Mall Gurgaon. Spacious too with some soothing decor and Ambience. We tried sushi, ramen soup and some desserts. The sushi was quite delicious. The ramen soup bowl was scrumptious & warm and delicious. Service was quite prompt and nice. Their manager was very courteous. He explained us about sushi and how its done. Also, he extended some nice courtesy from his side by giving us a dessert which was so very delicious. There was a ginger vinegar as an accompaniment that we really loved. He even helped my neice learn how to use chopsticks. Another we tried kiwi drink wherein there was barely any kiwi flavour. Then we also tried mango slush kinda drink which was nice. We made a video of how they prepare sushi which was nice and informative. Sushi platter as always was good. Accompanying sauces are delicious. The spring rolls were good nice taste and crispy but quantity is very less compared to the price. Overall nice cosy ambience and food. We went again and tried the avocado sushi. It’s quite good. The kiwi drink was ok. They use syrups the kiwi flavour was not coming through. We got to understand that’s it’s purely made of fruit but that wasn’t the case Their sushi kitchen is open right at the entrance. We watched how they make sushi too. Yasai tempura roll is nice and crispy. Emperor roll we tried once it was good too. California garden sushi is quite nice. Its quite expensive though but good..

Went again today on 28th September 2023 but ddnt enjoy much. Service was lack lustre. The only good thing was sushi. They have launched a new sushi menu where you get a glass of wine with 12 pieces of sushi. Had lychee mint cooler. It was nice. Ordered for exotic veggies but without garlic and mushrooms but it wasn’t good. And amazingly rs 525 plus taxes for a miniscule portion of veggies. Hardly any quantity. Had that removed from order. No taste no quantity. Ramen soup vegetable garden was nice. Sushi’s tempura roll, California garden and spinach fiesta were good. Pan fried noodles were average. Very less quantity and hardly any taste. Overall ddnt enjoy the food and service today We paid through Paytm. You are getting a 15% discount plus 20% on Amex card.

19th September We went to have sushi primarily. Took a meal coupon from Swiggy Dineout for a 25% discount. Same discount on easy diner too. Had a sushi boat with 12 pieces and 3 different varieties. Emperor etc. wonderful sushis with pickles, peanuts, chilli oil and dips. Drunken noodles with veggies were good in taste but the quantity was way less....

Located in Ambiance Mall, the YouMee outlet has a cute ambiance and a wide array of food to choose from. Known for their Sushi, Ramen, and DimSums, YouMee is surely the place to be. The quantity and quality of food provided is top notch and it is totally worth your time and money. We had the following while we were at YouMee.

Katsu Chicken Bao has crispy chicken with lettuce, cucumber, and sesame seeds. The Bao is fluffy and soft, the chicken is cooked to perfection, nice and crispy, and the sauce that is provided with the Bao makes all the difference as it adds more spiciness to the whole dish.

Yuzu Rock Shrimp Bao was highly recommended to us by the staff and we decided to give it a try. We honestly preferred the chicken bao as the shrimp was a little too bland. The Bao is made of chilli garlic mayo, lettuce, cucumber, and yuzu syrup.

For the main course we had a couple of Ramen. The first was the YouMee Signature Ramen. The dish is comprised of mixed meat like grilled chicken, prawn, calamri with seasonal greens, and egg served in a miso ginger flavored broth. This one is for those who prefer to have a mix of everything, the spice is decent enough and the taste is rather good as well.

The second ramen we had was the Spicy Chicken Ramen. This dish had a very spicy broth and we absolutely loved it. This dish has stir fried chicken with veggies and bell pepper in a spicy miso broth. Do note that the quantity of Ramen is quite massive and it is enough to be a meal in itself.

The Ice Tea was bitter and strong, tasted like any other regular tea.

The smoothie berry was a very healthy drink, this could be very filling as well so keep in mind when you order this drink.

The Hot Chocolate wasn’t all that great, lots of flaky chocolate could not help make this drink any better.

The experience in YouMee is truly great, the service is brilliant and the food is outstanding. Since it is inside the mall, the parking is not an issue. You can find them at Shop 318, 3rd Floor, Ambience Mall, DLF Phase 3, Gurgaon.
