It was very bad experience for me there with my client, the guy there bluffed & cheated us, they were ambiguous they asked me to pay for 5 get 1 free, but when the billing done for the 5 they included it one bill.. what the fusssss....when I asked for about 6th extra one they started crying & giving excuses really, Like the billing should be individual or your visit should be different.. . What the fuss really its bad, ambiguous, cheating & and bluffing. Its not about one extra coffee but its something we don't expect from Costa.if you can't offer one extra coffee as promised least you should cry.. Be clear be commited...

Brand - yes, definitely a big brand in food sector.

History - running from many years at this location.

Ambience - sitting arrangement available. Nice ambience. Spacious place. Mid sized outlet.

Food from menu - focussed area is beverages but few eatables are also available.

Hygienic - yes, completely hygienic.

Staff & service - quick and professional service.

People response & crowd - known brand and quite popular. Located in office campus area so little busy outlet sometimes.

Taste - quite good for all items.

Price - affordable and within pocket.

Opinion - a must visit brand to enlighten your...

Very very bad quality coffee and cake. I paid more than Rs. 500 to buy an ice cream shake which was worse than anything i have ever tasted. The lemon cake was stale not at all fresh. Please refrain from purchasing anything from here unitl you are used to spend money on bad quality coffee at a...
