Thirdwave is an excellent coffee place! It's a haven for coffee lovers. The baristas are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, taking the time to explain the origin and tasting notes of each bean. I ordered their black coffee, and it was exceptional - the aroma alone is enough to make you happy! They clearly source high-quality beans. But it's not just the coffee: they also have a lot of snacks available. The tea cake is a must-try – the best I've ever tasted! The atmosphere is minimalist and stylish, perfect for both focused work and relaxed conversations. While it's definitely a bit pricier than your average coffee shop, the quality of the coffee, the delicious snacks, and the overall experience make it well worth the splurge. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a truly great cup of coffee and a nice treat!"

If you call this Cappuccino then baristas need training. Your barista doesn't even know how to texture the milk. Pls, Train your Baristas. Even after paying a huge amount for coffee if we Don't get Velvety and a clean cup then that's a SHAME ( Look at those FAT bubbles) I was impressed with those Barista's Behaviour and patience but this post is Just about coffee. Train your baristas and this just didn't happen with me in the Fortis branch but I had a similar experience at Third wave 32nd Avenue Gurgaon. #Trainyourbaristas

Extremely disappointed with the service at this Third Wave Coffee shop. As the first customer in line, I waited a frustrating 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge my presence. The staff seemed more interested in socializing than serving customers. To top it off, after another 15 minutes of waiting, I was informed the credit card machine was out of order and cash-only payments were required. This is unacceptable...
