Shameless Dominos. They charge extra over the counter , almost 94 rs extra compared to online app on the exact sane order, exact same EDV offer, and then they claim that this is some policy or rule!! Oh yes, bill also was not provided by them, customer shouldnt be able to catch when hungry, isnt it! Couple of take aways. Avoid Dominos, their pizzas are now stale than ever! We are not paying 500 rs per person so that we can eat mayoneese pizza! . To compensate i was offered a pizza or garlic bread, but i chose to refuse it. Reason, cant take the filthy dominos anymore! I would rather go to a pizza speciality restaurants, who only add fresh cheese!! Dominos, CHEEESE, sounds familiar?

If at all you are craving and not sick of stale dominos , use dominos app rather than billing counter at the counter. Let domnios store and dominos itsekf earn 100 rs...

Very disappointing experience with Dominos App... while they flood you with notifications, the app didn't allow me to place an order (Message: "Store is Offline")

Eventually I had to drive down to the store, order (paying 150 more as they didnt pass the vaccination discount at the store), waited 30 mins for the delivery and drive back... Absolutely unexpected from such a Brand which is known for its seamless service... surprisingly they didn't even have a AI based trigger which could have told them that a customer tried several times through his app and thereafter visited a store and ordered exactly what he was denied on the App... The feedback tab also isnt user friendly on the app, hence putting this on Google... hopefully they should be...

Exteemely poor quality pizza with cheese coming as dried brown crust of cheese on top and hopless topping, I am talking about their main line of pizza Peppey Paneer costing more Rs. 450 for a medium size pizza, I remember earlier times when paneer was dripping from the pizza without any ad on, recently it looks like they have stopped adding cheese without extra pay even if you are paying Rs. 450 for a mid size pizza. Recently order two regular pizza from Pizza Hut costing just two hundred for two pizza, the cheese was generous and it tasted much better than Dominoz dry pizza costing Rs. 450. Considering the significant decline in the quality I have decided not to give a try to Dominoz Pizza again and will prefer other...
