Pizza chain inside an office !!

Came here hunting for the new burger pizza by Domino's which we can sample in the vicinity of Cyber hub

#ambiance : 2 Its a very small outlet located inside building C in cyber city. The outlet has a standard layout but is characterized by dampness and lots of flies & mosquitoes. Maybe its due to the cramped location but i felt a bit awkward in the outlet

#service : 2 Quick QSR Style. We were recommended a cash back scheme for paying via Mobikwik. The staff had no idea about the terms of cashback and i m yet to see the 15% cashback in my mobikwik wallet

#price : 2.5 Its a QSr but Domino's has been lately keeping its prices on the up. Even the burger pizza (more on it later) felt way expensive at approx Rs 100 for a veg & @120 for Non-veg

#food : 2.5 #burger pizza : A joke of fusion food. Seriously, no thought was put before launching this product. As a result it tastes neither of pizza nor of a burger. Please avoid at all costs. #loaded non veg : A great pizza which we had to buy separately to fulfill our hunger after the disastrous burger

Domino's should have a serious re look at its franchisees and optimize for a better eating...

WORST OUTLET EVER//Cause FOOD POISONING !! This outlet food served is contaminated/poisoned which lead us ill. Never had from this as the higher management staff says that dough are one day old we don't make fresh dough..then why fresh making dough counters are there ???? In this pandemic , my family got totally afraid that we we had a pizza that lead to this.this outlet has made my trust over from the pizza and will not have it again as the pain reminds me of the day I had eaten .. Being in the heart of the city, they don't realise the quality to be given . focused on revenue making n health n safety are not priortized here .. Do understand if the pandemic is there revenue will be less , but don't play with health n safety of people as I told you over the call itself. Who would like to have pizza from a outlet not concerned about the health of people. Might be as per your review u stand good in past but now u have crossed limits by attempting this 2 times firstly by sending less portion and then by sending contaminated food But I personally adviced all my fellows not to visit dominos till the pandemic is over as no one is there to trust even...

Today I ordered a Peppy Paneer Pizza and a Veg Parcel, and it turned out to be an extremely disappointing experience. The pizza had almost no cheese at all — it looked like it was just covered with garlic paste. It neither tasted good nor met the quality expectations I have from a brand like Domino’s. The Veg Parcel was even worse — it was so oily that even the packaging was completely soaked. The taste was terrible for both items, and honestly, it felt like I just wasted my money.

To make matters worse, I called the Domino’s helpline to raise the issue. The person who answered casually told me that he was outside and would look into the matter and call me back. However, till now, I have not received any response from him. This clearly shows a lack of seriousness towards customer complaints and very poor service standards.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. I expect Domino’s to take strict action regarding such poor quality and service. As a brand, you owe your customers much...
