Subway MGF Metropolitan — Restaurant in Gurugram District

This Mall is just next door and have pretty decent footfall. Their food Court does comparatively well. I usually go their to pick up some chat from Haldiram or Subway Sandwich. Few nights back, I went to pick up Subway Sandwich at about 10 pm. The outlets were busy finishing last orders. I ordered my sandwich and was waiting for server to come out of their store and start constructing, and then I saw a huge mouse nearly the size of a cat, entering from next outlet through the ceiling ran into the back store room. I was shocked and screamed 'Jumbo mouse' while questionably looking at the server. His reaction was more shocking, yes we have few. I took the order but could not eat while thinking about this dirty big mouse and his brigade. I started in mind questioning that if it can happen in A class mall and in A grade stores like Subway, McDonald and Haldiram who boast of world class hygiene standards, they fail miserably. But as senior hospitality consultant, in my eyes PFA, FSSAI and MCG are guilty of not regularly inspecting and raising alarm on such poor hygienic condition. I am sure nearly very number of people must be getting sick eating rat infested food. I guess who cares? Certainly not Mall Management or International Food chains or Government food hygiene authorities. I can only warn my friends visiting the food court to stop going their till proper hygiene standards are certified...

I ordered from this restaurant on Zomato. It was a bulk order of 6 salads and 1 sub. Upon arriving, there was no mark on food packets about the name of salads. On the top of it, there was no marking for veg/non-veg food which was really problemtic for me. I called the restaurant regarding this issue. This guy picked up the call and asked me to send the pictures of each food item and he will mark them correctly. However, food items were not at all identifiable as all of them were covered with lattuce. He said to mark them just to convince us that he is not at fault. I told him that all the items are looking exactly same, how will you identify them and individual customisations of sauces. After this he got rude tone with a message "Jo krna hai krlo me replace nahi krunga" Ultimately we end up ordering from different restaurant for vegetarian people.

PS :- We first tried to complain with Zomato, but their "Artificial Intelligent" chatbots were active...

Worst home delivery ever! , ordered at 8:30 pm and the person specifically said it will come within 1 hour , after 1 hour , he said 10 Pm , and after asking why , he started telling various excuses that the order has been placed in a queue........delivery person WILL leave........ and so on , trying to stall. I wanted to cancel but could not as a option was not readily available , worst service ever , even when trying to call , there is only 1 phone line available , so that means i have to wait 10 min before placing my order. Dont order from this stupid bullsh*t of a place , order from the cyberhub place or elsewhere , worst place and worst...
