One of the best places to have street food under Air Conditioning. Each and every item of the food is so delicious starting from North India's Chole bhatoore to Rajasthan's Raj Kachori. A perfect food joint for every taste. Great Experience, always filled out with a huge crowd during evening times.

Haldiram is one of the best place to enjoy the Veg Food in market at a affordable price. I love their food and the most I love to eat there is Cholle Bhature, Veg Deluxe Thali & most favorite is their Rabri Rasmalai whic is truly amazing and I every time eat this when ever I go there. There Gulab Jamun and Malpuha with rabri are their best combo.

This place needs no introduction especially when it comes to their north indian food. I just love this place and its food. The chole bhature are sooo tasty. And also their winter menu has Gajar ka halwa which leaves you craving for more. Even their Thalis are totally worth it and sufficient.

Disappointed with the Service at Haldiram-IRIS Broadway ⭐

I recently visited Haldiram-IRIS Broadway (Gurugram) and had an extremely disappointing experience. My order included: ✔ 1 plate choley bhature ✔ 1 aloo tikki with choley ✔ 1 sweet lassi

Despite following up multiple times, I never received the aloo tikki with choley that I had paid for. I waited 20 minutes after finishing the rest of my meal, but my dish was still missing. When I raised the issue with the manager, he inquired with his team—but shockingly, the staff ignored him. While the manager assured me of a refund and assigned an associate to resolve the issue, the associate instead tried to convince me to take a sweet dish or change my order, rather than simply serving what I had originally ordered!

I was running late and found this behavior completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. I neither accepted the refund nor took the undelivered dish because this is about principles, not money. Haldiram is a well-known brand, but the service at this outlet does not reflect that reputation. If a restaurant cannot even fulfill a basic order correctly, it raises serious concerns about its management.
