Human Night Club — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a club in my life. The staff was absolutely terrible—rude, disinterested, and just downright disrespectful. When I asked for help, I was met with rude responses. The manager? Arrogant, condescending, and had no business being in charge of anything. I don’t think he’s ever heard the word “customer service” in his life. The bouncers were aggressive and unhelpful, making the atmosphere even worse. It didn't help that there were fights breaking out in the club, and it felt unsafe to be around. I don’t know how this place is even allowed to operate. The entire experience made me question how this place is still running with such blatant disregard for safety, respect, and decency. Save yourself the trouble—avoid this place at all costs. I’ll never come back, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to stay away too.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The prices are similar to other nightclubs in Sector 29, but the service is far worse. The staff lacks basic service etiquette, and the bouncers treat guests with zero respect—as if you're there for free. There's no system to track which tables are occupied. The owners mistreat people thinking they are drunk n simpletons on this earth In 1000 bucks cover charges, they initially hesitate to give complementary drinks, after nudging a lot, they bring two lousy drinks in small n cheap glasses (mrp 749) Then they have to audacity to bill 114 for a bottle of water when your bill is still below 1000 bucks They are crooks The only good thing was the crowd n music But not worth it given their attitudes!!!!!!!
