Inde Hotel Signature Tower — Hotel in Gurugram District

Booked a room for family for 1 night stay in this hotel on 06/21/24. The only good thing I can say about the entire visit is that the hotel is located in the heart of the city with easy access to highway and major hubs. The room (Number 111) provided had a slow working central air conditioning, no views (the only window peeked out to a blank wall), the wooden flooring was uneven, we were not provided with a room key at the time of check in as there was no one available to code the electronic keys (system issues and staff shortage at 5 PM) and the less said about the service after checkin, the better. Deplorable behaviour from the reception hotel member - Ms. Saloni, which then lead to a discussion with Ms. Sangeeta (Manager), all to escalate a non-issue out of proportions. The hotel also seems to have asinine policies that are not third party booking websites friendly. If you plan to book regardless, might be better to book on call (though you have a 1 in 3 chance of actually connecting with a person using the number added on Google). This was the awesome pleasure which I feeled at INDE Hotel during my stay.||All staffs behaviour was good and they were so coperative towards their guest.||Foods was so delicious which I had.|Cleaning teams do their role beyond my expectations and it was awesome.|Front dest staff are so cool, coperative and very polite.|Whenever anything needs they were always available for solutions.|Specially MD ma'am was so polite to convey anything which results to better satisfaction.||I had visited many of the hotels but the service and polite behaviour of all staff, I never feel at any where except INDE Hotel.||Love to visit again at same place and will suggest my colleagues to visit once at same.||Regards,|Chandan...
