Disappointing Experience Due to Poor Hygiene I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this restaurant. Despite serving delicious kulchas, the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards were severely lacking.
Key Issues: Dirty Store and Flies: The store was not clean, with a significant presence of flies inside. The floor cleaning was inadequate. Smoke and Potential Chimney Issues: Smoke filled the restaurant due to what seemed like a clogged chimney. Unclean Service Plates: The service plates were cleaned with a dirty, pink-colored foam pad that was visibly unclean. Unhygienic Kitchen: The kitchen's hygiene was questionable, and it appeared to be in need of a thorough cleaning. Improper Cutlery Drying: Although they used a dishwasher, the cutlery was dried with the same dirty foam pad used for cleaning plates.
Conclusion: While the store owner was humble and friendly, the restaurant's poor hygiene and cleanliness standards are a major concern. Due to these issues, I would not recommend this restaurant, despite the tasty food. Basic cleanliness is essential for any food establishment, and this place falls short.

We had ordered from zomato many times but today we thought to experience hot serve food from kulcha laal and specially searched the location to dine in. As we (me, my husband and my 4 yr old) entered the outlet it was very small place and only few people were there. We sat first table we saw and didn't give it much thought, When we was about to finish our food we noticed 2 people sitting beside us(possibly owner), talking really angrily with one of the waiter and One of them loudly said that " two people sitting on 6 people's table and others returning back" while Making eye contact with me. It was clear that he was talking about us and making sure that we hear it, it was humiliating. I had a very unpleasant and concerning experience. During my meal, I discovered a larva in the food I was eating. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the restaurant's hygiene and food safety practices.
I immediately brought it to the attention of the staff. While they appeared apologetic, the response did not feel adequate given the severity of the situation. There was no clear explanation or assurance that steps would be taken to prevent such incidents in the future.
Finding any kind of insect in food is a health hazard and can damage a customer’s trust permanently. I strongly urge the management to take immediate action to inspect their kitchen, improve cleanliness, and adhere strictly to health regulations.
