Subway Sapphire 83 — Restaurant in Gurugram District

The Subway outlet at Sapphire 83 Mall is not very big, with only 4-5 seats available. I visited during the day, so I couldn’t really judge the lighting, but the outlet was clean and well-maintained. The staff was polite and helpful, which was a positive aspect of the experience.

I tried the Aloo Tikki Subway and the Chicken Slices Subway, but unfortunately, I didn’t like either of them. The Aloo Tikki lacked flavor and wasn’t as tasty as I expected. The Chicken Slices Subway was also disappointing because it had only three chicken slices, which felt insufficient. As a result, both subs mostly tasted like vegetables and sauces rather than the main ingredients. Additionally, only two types of bread—Honey Oats and Multigrain—were available, which limited my options.

The total price for both subs was ₹386, which felt a bit high considering the taste and portion size. For that price, I expected a more satisfying and flavorful meal. The quantity of chicken slices was too little, and the Aloo Tikki didn’t have a great taste, so it didn’t feel like good value for money.

On the positive side, the hygiene and staff behavior were good, and the vegetables seemed fresh. However, the overall experience wasn’t great. Pathetic preparation. Never order from them. We had ordered the food through swiggy and the sandwich was laden with salt. The swiggy team is horrible and the restaurant is extremely below average. One can determine the standard of a facility of the phone numbers don't work. None if their phone numbers provided on google are functional and the one which is ringing has been going unanswered continuously. It is not understood as to how the restaurant can dump spoons of salt on one single sandwich. My love for this place can never go weak, its such an amazing chain that keeps delivering on its promise of serving fresh salads and subs.

The outlet is a smaller one & has decent sitting arrangements. The staff here is polite & would welcome you for customizing your subs or salads. They have all the variety of breads and sauces that Subway serves.

My favourite sub here is Tandoori Chicken Sub, i love the filling. Their recently introduced sauce (tandoori) is my recent favourite.

Would definitely recommend this place as a must-try for healthy food & fresh preparation.
