I wanted to share a disappointing experience I recently had with an order from Kake Da Hotel, Sector 83, placed on October 20th through Swiggy. Unfortunately, the 'Kadhai Paneer' sabzi I received had a bad smell, indicating it was stale. I reached out to the restaurant to complain, and their initial response was, "Let me come back to you." However, no one followed up with me.

The next morning, I called them again to discuss the issue, and the person I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. Their response was, "I have other work to do; if you need a refund, contact Swiggy as you ordered from there." This kind of response is disappointing, to say the least. It's not just about the money; it's about the quality of food, customer service, and professionalism, which I felt is missing with this legacy brand. This was our first visit at kake da hotal sector 83 and our experience turned horrified when I was served soya chaap masala with mixed of nonveg pieces, being a vegetarian this was really shocking to me and top of that staff tried to justify there mistake, that they have served soya chaap keema, however piece of raw chicken was clearly visible. After shown some apologies from the manager they asked us to ordered something else and then i had ordered paneer masala roll and that was more pathetic, they served roll from our ordered roomali roti with some pieces of paneer mixed with onion as they served in salad, which makes me more laugh.
