The location is very nice and approachable, just near HUDA Metro Station, which makes commuting very convenient. The staff is courteous and polite.

Room: 203 (ground floor) The room provided was spacious and clean, which made the stay comfortable.

However, the property does require better maintenance. The entry gate lock was almost broken, and the bathroom door wouldn’t lock properly. Bathroom fittings, including the taps, need repair. The buckets provided were not hygienic, and there was no hot water available. Even after requesting, the staff mentioned that hot water was not available at all.

I had no option as it was the last moment to attend a workshop so we have opted for this hotel. I was shocked when I saw the room, old torn bedsheets covered under blanket, broken shelves.no tidyness of the room. Even they not bother to keep water and toiletries. I was continuously calling reception but he never turned back to ask what I want. When I asked him he said I was not getting voice as phone is not working but he can see the room number and can come and attend.
