Extremely Disappointing Experience at Veer Ji Malai Chaap Wale"

This was my first and definitely last visit to Veer Ji Malai Chaap Wale, and it turned out to be a total disaster.

I had heard a lot about this place, so I decided to try their Sicilian Soya Chaap (as listed on the menu). However, not only did they serve me something completely different, but when I politely pointed it out, the staff flat-out refused to acknowledge their mistake. Instead of resolving the issue, they were rude, dismissive, and completely non-cooperative.

There was absolutely no apology, no effort to correct the order, and the staff behaved as if they were doing me a favor by serving food. The unprofessional attitude and lack of basic customer service ruined what was supposed to be a simple first-time food experience.

It's one thing to make a mistake, but another to deny it outright and treat customers poorly. There are plenty of better, more respectful food joints out there — this place clearly doesn't value its customers.

If there was something less than 1star rating they whole heartedly deserve it because of bad customer service and being good in ruining someone's first experience.

Well I went directly to restro to place and pick up my order. I ordered at 20:07 and i received my order at 21:00...Imagine sitting there for an hour which was committed for 30 mins because of karvachauth rush. Priority for them were swiggy and zomato. There is no concern for the walking customers....now coming to food. ...post waiting for an hour I was dying of hunger and thought my patience would be fruitful....but when I ate Veg. Butter chicken gravy chaap.....I must say I never eat such a pathetic chaap....Dal makhni was fine....I think they really need to Improve the service and start respecting the wait time for walk in customers also.... Hope they will work to improve the delivery time for their walk in customers and also will bring some good taste in chaaps....

Prices had a good gap as compared to walk in with online....walk in prices are quite cheap and I understand that the margins are to be shared....I am very fond of chaap and hoping to have a good taste someday. Rest Rumali rotis were fine... They have a small sitting area and I am not sure they serve their or not as yesterday they were not serving the customers to...
