McDonald's — Restaurant in Gwalior

Take it from someone who has regularly been to McDonald's across more than 5 states in last couple years, this is the worst McDonald's in the central India, no doubt why it got rated below 4. The staff took my order wrong even after me showing the menu item with picture on my phone. They refused to give me benefits of the official McDonald's app which is valid for all the McDonald's outlets all over the world. They don't even know how to properly prepare an item. I've ordered 2 Hazelnut brownies with hot choco fudge and they managed to fail at assembling such a simple menu item. The staff has no coordination at all, one person was saying app will be considered, second person saying otherwise. The burger was soggy and crumbled. Fries was okay but they have no other option except regular plain fries. This is the first time I'm writing this for a McDonald's but definitely a no go place from my side....

Worst Service!!!

The worst service you can get is from the MacDonald staff in Deen Dayal Mall. I just came from another country to visit gwalior. The guy at the till was laughing at me because my card was declined. Not only a single staff but two of them were there. I was there with my cousins that is why I didn’t create any chaos.

It happened on Wednesday 24th April at 8 in the evening. I hope the management look in this case and tell the staff how to treat the guest who are expecting a courteous attitude from the staff.

My bill was of Rs983 and they even forgot to deliver me one burger for which I asked them later. I wont recommend anyone to go to...

Pathetic Service & Poor Management

Extremely disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s outlet. I had to wait over 35 minutes just to get an ice cream. To make things worse, customers were being asked to collect their ice cream orders outside the mall, which is highly unprofessional and inconvenient.

The staff was painfully slow and completely disorganized. McDonald’s seriously needs to work on valuing customers’ time and improving outlet management.
