Just picked up Cake fo my Daughter's 1/2 Birthday. I booked the cake a week ahead of the party. We stocked to basic and asked for some custome design. They agreed. When I went to pick the cake, the customisation we asked were not there. They said wait for sometime we will get it done , and later said it's not possible as the finishing will be ruined. No one Ever took a note of customisation we asked. A Birthday cake itself and the first for a kid without saying should have some decorations, it should atleast look good. For looks I can give a negative point as well. We gave the price which they asked that too in cash without bill, we did what you said. Atleast a happy customers is one should expect If you are going for a cake 'made for order' request not to go or atleast make a detailed note with picture saved in there memory.

We visited the cafe for the first time today. It seemed promising but turned out to be disappointing. They don't serve fresh food. It is all precooked and reheated. The bakery items are also not all fresh. Some are fresh and some are stale. We also had an unpleasant experience with the staff. We wanted to purchase cookie boxes but in one of them the seal inside the lid was broken. So we decided to check other boxes for the tampered seal, to which the staff told us not to open and check. I asked them then how would we know if the seal is broken or not but their only reply was we don't allow customers to open and check. I also mentioned to them that they should then write it somewhere that customers are not allowed to open the lid and check. One of the staff members' was also not polite. Overall a sad experience. Not worth...

​This cafe has a beautiful interior—the decor and ambiance are truly lovely and make for a great first impression. The cookies and pastries were good, and I was happy with what I ordered in that category. ​However, the main reason for my visit was the cakes, and that's where things fell short. I was really disappointed with the quality of the cakes. Not only did they not taste as good as they have in the past, but the designs were also a letdown. Even the "simple" cakes looked unfinished and lacked proper detail. ​Based on this experience, I really hope the cafe takes this feedback to heart and improves the quality of their cakes, both in taste and design, to the standard they used to have. If they can get back to their former level, I would definitely be willing to give them...
