I placed an order late at this night for three pizzas and one stuffed garlic bread. The items arrived in an inedible condition; all were severely undercooked, and the garlic bread's stuffing was substandard. As I was extremely hungry, I attempted to eat some of the food, but a significant portion had to be discarded due to its uncooked state. For proof, I took a video of the remaining items and contacted the store manager. The manager's response was highly unprofessional and dismissive. He refused any form of resolution, a refund or replacement, and explicitly stated that he would not assist me. This level of product quality and customer service is far below the standards I expect from Domino's. I have included video evidence of the undercooked food. Newly Opened Domino’s at a very attractive place. We went to celebrate my sister’s Birthday and were surprised that it was completely empty at around 9pm. Usually in Delhi, Domino’s and McDonalds are packed with people till 10-11pm. But here in Haldwani it was so breeze and silent. You can order either online or physically. The quality is upto the mark. The staff is very polite and humble. Cleanliness is very well maintained inside. Restroom is also available. Service is quite fast. We ordered three pizzas, two potato cheese shots and two perry perry chicken and we were highly surprised that even after ordering this much items, it got served quite fast. Extremely poor service by the Attendant GAURAV didn't even disclose all the OFFERS available with Domino's despite being asked repeatedly unprofessional was reluctant. The lowest rating is 1 else ld have given in minus . Once the fiasco got over the attendent chanhed into civil shirt 🎽 saw that first time in DOMINOS outlet. Once the bill was charged the attendant refused to alter it despite being his own mistakes.
